Have just purchased a pair of these

for £23 delivered. I used new customer code KGWELCOME10 which gives £20 off a 50 spend combined with the gift card on the front of this month's Elle magazine which gives 20 off ;)

Good Luck style troops.....seems to work on sale stuff BUT must be KG not other brands!!!

I actually just got a bit excited to the point my heart started beating fast with the thought that I DP could order some more shoes from another brand and get £40 off.

Right I've done some investigations... you can use the welcome code but you do it like this:

Activate your elle card to load it with £20
Choose your item(s)
Add the welcome code at the first checkout page (don't mention anything about your gift card yet)
Proceed to checkout
Add your gift card details and apply the £20
Then add your card details etc

You can't use the welcome code against gift cards even if you add something else to your basket, it will just taken the value of the other item if it's less than £20.

Oh I've got myself confused now...

I tried adding a £50 gift card - welcome code wouldn't work
£50 gift card + £8 item - code took off £8
£20 gift card + £35 item - code worked

I'm going to stop trying to be helpful now because it's clearly not working!

I just used both codes using the method in Saoirse's first post above and had success. I got this scarf in the blue. It is much nicer in RL than it looks in the pic, is a kind of wool silk mix so will be warm - scouted it out in the store a few months ago so I'm really pleased to get it for 20 quid. Couldn't find any shoes that I wanted, Love Marsha's boots above and that you got them for half price + discounts.

I knew it was too good to be true. Have just been out & got another Elle card, it will take both discounts as above, but not on the Nine West shoes I want :(

KWL you obviously have a lucky touch to get the same pair in a different colour!

Need some help. Can I get round them not accepting my Elle card for Nine West shoes by buying a £20 gift card with my Elle card? Can I then spend the bought gift card on anything on the site ie my Nine West shoes?

The only hitch is, I've spent almost £4 on the magazine, then postage would be £4, so that effectively reduces my saving to £12 from £20. Grrrrrrrrrrr!!

I tried to continue with buying a £20 gift card and it eventually said you can't use the elle card against gift cards. Very annoying!

I ended up buying this bracelet for my mum for christmas and these boots (looks like I got the last pair! ) and it was £19 plus the magazine.

it came off for me for nine west shoes? ive oly got outstanding authorisation for the price with the £40 off? will see what happens when they turn up and the money goes out of my account. tbh £20 discount is fine as was going to buy them anyway next week, but £40 is a bonus.

can get code to work now but boots i wanted have gone, may buy some ballet pumps instead, does anyone know if the jewellry is nice and good quality? will it make a decent present for bf or sil?

Okay, I ordered at 7.30 pm last night, it arrived standard delivery at 9.30 am this morning, spooky. Was it delivered by elves or what?

I have just picked mine up from the post office (delivered when at work), and I am delighted with them - they fit well, and make me SO tall . Now have to practise walkng in them before my big night out...

The disptach note that came in the box showed the welcome discoint, but doesn't seem to show the the gift card I used - it just has total paid, and my credit card details - has anyone else had this? Hope the correct amount is on the statement when I get it, but that won't be for another month, as we have just rolled over.

Just spoke to their customer services who checked my account, and the correct amount was taken from my card .

Actually this is the second time I have spoken to their customer services, and each time they have been very friendly and helpful!
