danni minogues new hair cut....

do you like it?

i love it! am getting my hair cut next week. have short hair already, and have face shape which could cope with it if i lost 3 stone.

i just want to know what other women think of it.

am in late 30s if it matters.

I love it too. My haircut is similar, and I'm early 40's.

I love it too. Would go for it if I were you. I am currently pregnant so am expecting to end up with a fat face. Once I have lost the added pounds in 3 or 4 years time it would be a style I would go for.

Nope....not a fan. It makes her look much older than before imo.

But then I'm not a fan of short hair in general.

I'm not keen. I really liked it when she had a bob, but now she looks like someone with a full time career and 3 DC. (nothing wrong with that I hasn't too add!)

Her eyebrows aren't very natural.

But I'm loving her wrinkles. They make her look human.

It just preference. And I speak as someone who has had very short hair in the past.

Longer hair is generally more flattering to the face and given that most of us don't look like Jean Seberg, Mia Farrow or Halle Berry (who I think looks better with long hair) I think it follows that we'll look better with hair that frames/softens our features.

Also I think there are a lot of identikit short hairdos that to me smack of middle age and frumpiness. Sometimes they are spiky on top or dyed ridiculous shades of purple or red in an attempt to be 'jazzy' but they just look dreadful.

Oh and this is not a popular opinion but I don't think short hair looks particularly feminine.

i think its gorgeous, I am one of those that dont like longer hair on a woman of a certain age.

besides she is a gorgeous lass, many keep thier hair longer as thier hair is thier maker, without it they wouldnt get a 2nd look. Imagine SJP with short hair!!

I like it, it's bold. I'd tire of it very quickly tho and be begging it to grow out. I think V beckham has had some fantastic short cuts.

I used to have my hair that short in my 20's, but wouldn't fancy it now ( 40's), tho i do think it would still suit my face shape (heart). Am a bout 2 sizes bigger now also, so would feel a bit of a pin head!!

oh god. fair 'nuff bunny. i think you're right about softer edges being kinder.

i'm not so sure now about going for it. although, to be fair, my hair is shorter than chin length now, but more sort of funky bob ish....sort of! Wink

Its lovely. But then, she is a very pretty woman with great bone structure.

Loving the fact she has let the botox go, too. She looks much, much better.

This looks much better than the bob. I think if you have a pretty face it is more feminine to have short hair as it shows of the eyes and bone structure. What is the thing about long hair being feminine?

isn't she 40 yet ? It must be soon if not.

I love it. I don't like long hair on women over 30, personally.

She had a haircut just before this one and i liked it muchly. Dont like this its too much, its very hard, maybe if the colour was softer.

You have to be confident in yourself to sport a crop and I think that radiates.
