Grin

Because moonlight gives you a nice glow and doesn't show up your wrinkles or grey hair.

CV - no I don't have the same top, but I looked at the link and thought it was really pretty.

motherinferior · 24/09/2011 17:37

I am having my first period in about seven weeks and it is knocking me out. Although perhaps explains feelings of panic and despair earlier in the week (mind you, the fact that I have to re-commission and organise a third of the mag in two weeks didn't help).

Also went to visit a school this morning. The sort of rather pompous presentation that makes me want to skive off and have fag behind bike shed. Head also not pleased when I pointed out the spelling mistake in his presentation.

bigTillyMint · 25/09/2011 08:04

Oooh MI, which one was it? The trumpet blowing one?Smile

motherinferior · 25/09/2011 09:43

New school that has only been running for a year and still doesn't have premises, part of a federation, this particular one rhymes with snail Wink

KristinaM · 25/09/2011 09:45

Ruby -if shes 13 then its a compliment. 13yo are v fussy. Thanks for kitchen comments too

My dd is only 11 , is tiny and cares nothing for fashion.

KristinaM · 25/09/2011 09:47

MI -you do know, dont you, that you dont have to share your cleverness with everyone? Wink

motherinferior · 25/09/2011 09:52

I wasn't being a smartarse, Kristina. I pointed it out afterwards. It doesn't take 'cleverness' to know that 'lead' in this context is spelt 'led'. It was on his powerpoint. It's going to put parents off if you're going on about the excellence of your new school and then you have mistakes in it like this. Surely?

KristinaM · 25/09/2011 09:55

I agree. Im just not sure i would like to be the one to point it out Grin

KristinaM · 25/09/2011 09:56

But i dont want to get into a fight with a woman having her first AF in 7 weeks

bigTillyMint · 25/09/2011 10:07

Confused jail? fail? - must be one I've never heard of Grin

That IS scary, i woudl be ranting too in your position

CointreauVersial · 25/09/2011 23:40

MI, I went to a school open day where the page of exam stats was completely wrong!

And if you think you feel cranky having your first period in seven weeks.....I'm on my third period in six weeks. Angry Cerazette is on borrowed time, let me tell you.
