what length - mid calf?

expatinscotland · 03/11/2005 14:53

I'm too short to get away w/cropped trousers. They always make my thighs look a mile wide, too.

NomDePlume · 03/11/2005 14:54

I like em. I have a pair which I wear with my pointy brown kitten heeled knee boots. Looks good (I think) and is warm.

Mum2girls · 03/11/2005 14:54

link to an example?

expatinscotland · 03/11/2005 14:55

I love 'em, too, but they're for tall people with long legs.

NomDePlume · 03/11/2005 14:55

Herringbone

bundle · 03/11/2005 14:56

yuk.

NomDePlume · 03/11/2005 14:56

Pinstriped Flannel

NomDePlume · 03/11/2005 14:58

Smarter Betty Jackson ones with higher waist

Bozza · 03/11/2005 14:58

Like the herringbone ones. There are some in the Next Directory too.

Mum2girls · 03/11/2005 14:59

NomDePlume · 03/11/2005 15:00

Good price

puff · 03/11/2005 15:00

puff · 03/11/2005 15:01

They're Plus Fours! You'll look like a bl**dy golfer.

Bozza · 03/11/2005 17:02

No I think they will look great with those boots actually.

So how many pairs of boots do you have? And how many did you buy this autumn?

peckarollover · 03/11/2005 17:19

I have those same ones from River Island from last winter - think I showed you them at the time coddy. I wear them with boots or ballet bumps. Tank top and shirt for daytime or glitzier top for night

cod i have silver pumps and they are not at all chilly, quite the reverse. wouldn't be seen dead in a pair of cropped tweedy trews though.
