This really bugs me with Boden - they send out all the good offers to people who are not regular shoppers. Obviously they think that I will buy from them anyway so I never get a decent offer

haven't bought anything for ages - got mine this morning so might be tempted. used my last one on a spotty baby bag - dh was not impressed when i asked him to carry it as it was yellow with big purple spots!

I got mine today - i'd like to know what the criteria is my letter says 'you have generously and repeatedly shelled out your hard earned cash' and i certainly do i clothe my 3 children in boden and i like the handbags and plimsoles for myself. I was just about to place a big order have been waiting for a better code.

I rang and complained about not getting one - said it was open discussion on here that some were getting them and not others, so they gave me a £15 credit! I was really peeved about this as I have bought lots of Boden stuff! I was particularly annoyed when I first rang that they told me I was fortunate to get 15% off when they offered this to everyone at the weekend via the Sunday Times

was £15 off with no strings attached, can be combined with discount offers too. I buy quite a bit and quite regularly so I don't think it's just to tempt people who don't buy very often.

They told me it was random allocation.
