I take it back!! Got mine but am a teeny bit disturbed by being described as 'the dark bits in my ginger hair' by Johnnie Shock

Meggles76 · 15/02/2011 20:41

Got mine Smile
Johnnie knows how to keep me loyal!

TerrorFirmer · 15/02/2011 20:50

no Johnnielove here. I gave a v bad review of his wrinkly old leggings so am probably on blacklist.

Mumsnut · 15/02/2011 21:05

Bought a leopard velvet blazer - £37.50 sale price less £15 so will be a bargain IF IT FITS

Boo hoo. I didn't get one.

rookiemater · 15/02/2011 21:17

Got one, very cunning of them as I ended up ordering over £200 worth of stuff, hope I like some of it.

tattycoram · 15/02/2011 22:29

I didn't get one and I've got a cute baby to buy cute baby clothes for. Gah

RunforFun · 16/02/2011 11:17

I got mine this morning.

But its £10 and not £15 Hmm

Think I might phone in and demand a further £5 ( then order and probably send back all my purchases !)

I was slightly [humph] just yesterday having not received a letter from Johnnie but also just got £10 this morning. Right better get browsing ....

I also wonder what criteria they use - I'm a fairly new customer (probably over the last year) maybe thats why.

Nor do I. I do order a fortune's worth of stuff, but loads of it goes back.

SerendipityAlways · 16/02/2011 12:01

I am annoyed - I got nothing except a rubbish email giving me 10% off! Laughable as I only ever buy things at minimum 15% off!

gregssausageroll · 16/02/2011 12:16

I only got 15% off.

higgle · 16/02/2011 12:54

I have ordered some straight legged trousers with the £15 credit I demanded in lieu of the voucher, with the 15% off it came to £34, so a good price. I really wish they wouldn't do all this discounting etc and just set the stuff at a reasonable price t begin with, then people would buy it straightaway and not hang about waiting for bigger discounts etc. I made my first Boden purchase 15 years ago ( orange silk shirt, velvet leopardskin print jeans ) and apart from when I've been too fat to make it worth buying decent clothes ( size 16 means Asda only) I've bought several things every season, so I was really annoyed not to get a voucher - has anyone else telephoned and asked?

SunshineOnARainyDay · 16/02/2011 12:58

Ooh I just clicked on this thread - wondered where the hell my voucher was - went to see if the postman had been and voila! A voucher - but only for £10......

polyhymnia · 16/02/2011 13:01

Higgle, don't blame you for being annoyed at Boden's random distribution of vouchers, but don't agree that being 'fat' means it's not worth buying decent clothes and anyone over 16 should/ can only shop at Asda!

I love clothes, have (admittedly with a lot of effort) some great ones, which I'm often complimented on, and am significantly bigger than a Size 16! I guess we all feel differently about these things.

CointreauVersial · 16/02/2011 13:08

Well no voucher for me, but as my first and only Boden purchase to date was some rock-bottom Sale stuff last month, I don't think I'm top of their "valued customers" list.

higgle · 16/02/2011 13:29

polyhymnia - didn't mean anyone sized 16 + should only shop at Asda, but for me spending money on Boden clothes implies that I'm expecting to wear them for at least 2 years and on the 2 occasions I have put on weight I've worked towards it being a temporary thing. I'm afraid for me wearing nice clothes when I'm overweight just makes me more depressed!

polyhymnia · 16/02/2011 13:51

Understand what you mean - as I said, we're all different.

chickenlickin · 16/02/2011 13:55

I got two!!!!!!!!!!! SSShhhhhhhhhhhh.

sleepysox · 16/02/2011 13:56

I bought sun glasses with my £15. With the voucher and 15% off, they were only £26.

Hope I like them.
Im hoping I can't go wrong with sunglasses.

I've sent so much Boden stuff back his year, I'm sure that's why they gave me the voucher.
