Does this dress exist?

I want a dress which is:

-Warm (preferably knitted)
-Has long sleeves (wrist length)
-Is knee or mid calf length
-Has a straight skirt (not flared)

I think I want black, but am open to suggestion.

I am also open to different neck styles.

Why is it so hard to find?

But the sleeves are the same length as the the one paribus posted. Would look good with a short cardi though.
