...not just maternity wear. I got a wee catalogue in my Red at the weekend. Some of the stuff is loooooovely!Anyone ordered yet?

I ordered the obi belt yesterday and today got an email telling me that they've sent the ruched dress Hmm I already have one of them!

At 9.30am this morning, I'd had one ruche dress delivered (returned by post on Monday) and one replacement (arrived on Monday and kept) but 3 dispatch emails. At 9.35am a courier knocked on my door with a third dress.

Earlier this evening I got yet another dispatch email and am now very very concerned.

Check your bank account as I've been charged for two dresses instead of just one. If I get charged for another I'll incur bank changes and will throttle everyone at IO (I've sent quite a few emails about all this and spoken to them on the phone but I don't think they're listening)

my email from yesterday is the same order number from the dress I already have from earlier in the week Confusedand I haven't been charged again -just checked.Maybe the postie was just super quick. Phew! I still love you then IO (please send me the Obi belt)

Does anyone have the IO peg legs? I've been waiting a month for them so far and aren't due for another two weeks. Are they worth the wait?

OK try thus one 0207 2843001 have just got through and spoken to someone only to find that my order has already left.

Great - no-one on the 24 hour helpline can actually help, and then the usual phone number isn't working Hmm

However they have offered to send me a returns label so that's something at least!

I got a second ruched dress in the post today too Hmm and got charged for pegs even though they then sent me an email saying they weren't available.

It's a bit disorganised at IO I think.

When I got home this evening, I had a postcard from Royal Mail saying they'd tried to deliver two packages today.

I know one is a replacement earring from Alex Monroe and am worried that the other is yet another ruched dress. I've opted for redelivery on Monday so hopefully it's the other (not ruched) dress I ordered.

My money still hasn't been refunded. The girl I spoke to tried to convince me it was for the other dress I ordered but I pointed out that the money had been debited 24hours before I'd placed that order.
She promised me a supervisor would call me back, no-one has..

The ruched dress is amazing but the rest of the service is somewhat sloppy at best

I have also gone mad ordering from IO after reading this thread. Obi belt arrived last week and is lovely. DH thinks it cost £10, eek. its an investment! Waiting for ruched Dress and peg trousers so will report back on peg trousers when they arrive. when I ordered them they said due in 1st November so expecting mine soon.

What else should I buy?

lol at £10! I really want to love my obi belt but it jusr won't lie flat with the ruched dress for me.Must be my shape. Will keep playing with it to see if I can make it look right.

£10 was DH's guess, he would be HORRIFIED if he knew how much it really was! Im on maternity leave for goodness sake, why on earth did I buy such an expensive belt??!!

that belt is really overpriced, i have a similar red leather one from topshop that was much cheaper (especially as it was from ebay) Grin

I received my ruched dress recently but wasn't overly impressed. It is nice jersey material and the ruching is definitely flattering but I don't really like the bottom and it doesn't look great enough for that price.
The pencil skirt also went back as it was too long and I could hardly walk!
I still have some maternity bits from them (rollnecks, etc) which I love though.

My obi belt sits very nicely and the thing I really like about it is that when you tie it it looks good - no sticky out ends or funny looking bits, so I ampleased I got it although ,yes, it is rather expensive. I have not worn the dress out yet, but DH has made appreciative noises when I tried it on so I think it looks good. I shall wear it to eet an old boyfirend for lunch in December, just to make it 100% plain to him that I have not run to fat or let myself go!

I think I'll send my 2 long sleeved T's back. I ignored the reviews as well.

It was true - the material is ok everywhere - but is a bit thin and see through around the cleavage area - and the round neck is not v flattering on me.

Right so I now have the following from IO

Ruched dress in grey
Obi belt
Peg trousers in grey (not yet arrived)

I also have £100 in gift vouchers to spend with them. What do you think I should buy that will add to the things above. I can add a little bit more of my own money if I need to.

I'm not sure what i'm going to wear with the peg trousers, I just liked the look of them.

Can you not cancel the order for the peg trousers and then re-order using the vouchers - and use the original cash for some jewllery elsewhere?
