This is a BAD thread and as a result of reading it earlier I have now ordered the merlot wrap dress and the grey ruched dress (after putting the brochure with the 25% discount etc in the cupboard and ignoring it for over a week)...

my IO wrap dress smells a bit after i washed it, is that normal :S I washed it twice

If you were all ordering the IO wrap drss in a G and were buxom, not young, tall, and blonde with medium colouring and brown eyes, would you choose the black or the Lagoon (Blue) ???

i sort of wish i'd got the blue one, the black is lush but a bit boring, so go for the blue, you can always exchange

Obi belt has arrived now, it is lovely - ties very easily and as the leather is very soft no silly looking sticky out ends. Just hope the dress is as lovely.

I have ordered the ruched dress but not the obi belt . Also ordered that big cardi thing 'cos of this thread and it's so lovely. Defp a keeper. Sod it I'll have to order the belt as well now.

Bertie boots now arrived - they are lovely, don't care what any of you say about toes and heels out! just waiting for the dress now.

Not feeling wquite so happy with IO now - my Obi belt arrived very promptly and they said teh ruched dress would be dispatched on 25 October - got all excited about this and now it says on web site that it will not be in stock until 15 November - that means a whole month from placing order and no appology from them! I'm now worried that I won't like the dress and it will be too late to return the belt - which is useless without it.

Even worse the 24 hour phone number just answers with a message that the mail box is "not initialised"!!!

I'm sure they'll be in touch, they're really great about stuff like that, although somewhat bizarrely I received about 3 dispatch emails on Sunday, a day after the dress actually arrived.

I got the grey ruched dressed. It arrived on Saturday but there was a small hole along the seam, so I called them and asked for a replacement to be sent out before Thursday. It arrived this morning by DHL, so I'm rather impressed by that. They were incredibly helpful on the phone.

The dress is amazing and perfect, the holy grail of sexy and demure. I'm contemplating ordering it in black too. Possibly the obi belt too. And the cable cosy. Damn you people with this thread!!

I know it's not the point but it is definitely worth the wait, I'll keep my fingers crossed it turns up before 15 November. Maybe try calling them tomorrow?

PS. These are the boots I've got to go with the dress :)

I really like the look of the Crombie coat in olive - do any of you have it. Are the sleeves really freakishly long? (as per comments on site)

hi FF, I got the Crombie coat and had to send it back because the sleeves were way too long. i don't have freakishly short arms, and am 5.9 but it still looked like I was wearing dh's coat.

Maybe if I had drastically sized down it would have fitted, but I don't think so. Pity because I really liked it.

I wore the ruched dress and obi belt out on Saturday night - looked fab (ime!) and got lots of compliments. I am waiting for the grey one to arrive too.

sent cable cosy back as it was just too big/shapeless. But again, maybe I should have just got the smaller size.

Ruched dress arrived yesterday - very pleased (se other thread) I telephoned and they said they had had a few come into stock for existing orders but next lot now due in 15 November.

Damn that 25% code. Just ordered the ruched dress in grey + obi belt, the Pippa jeans and the cable cosy - medium out of stock so will try the large - might get lucky!

Boo the cosy comes up huge. I got the M and toyed with changing for the small but didn't want to pay return postage My colleague at work tried it on today and aside from being too long it fit her fine and she's a size 18.

Hmmm. I'm a 16, would normally size down for IO (I have ordered the dress in a 14), so if the medium fits a size 18 lady the large is probably going to drown me

I did think happily, just after I'd ordered it, that the return postage will cost a bomb. Might just scuttle off and see if I can change it - I did read the reviews but chose to ignore but you might have convinced me

Ok about to have an IO grump. Just phoned them as it says 24 hours a day 7 days a week (wiped my brow with relief when I saw that) but in actual fact you can only change your order during office hours

So although there is someone on the end of the phone line they are just there for show
