This thread is dangerous, I am cursing myself for getting rid of my &More card, M&S are offering £10 off when you spend £50 or more on footwear and bags, I could have popped a pair of Beety's boots and a new handbag in my trolley!

They are exactly the sort of thing I was looking for last year and left it too late and ended up getting something completely different in the sales that doesn't fit. I am getting in early this year (with b'day money). .
Prob is I will need some other boots to go under jeans.....so should I spend that much or will I find some that will serve both purposes if I look around more...????

So ladies does it matter if they are baggy at the top?? Please help. I will need to get them returned on Monday if I am going to.....

I don't think baggy matters if that's the style of the boot - there are lots of slouchy boots around which are fashionable. Those ones look smarter, as if they should be more fitted. Have you tried tucking jeans in? Are they still baggy then?
Personally I wouldn't buy if they are - I don't think the bagginess would suit that style.
But only you know...

On the subject of winter boots, why is every pair in Boden suede? I want leather, gawdamn!

Have you go very slim legs Cooperoo? They look like they should be fitted in the picture, is it just the case that there is a little looseness, enough to tuck in jeans or is it very noticeable?

Yep, they are miles too big. Judging from how big, i think i'd have easily fitted into a 3.

Now have to try and sell them on there myself.

Thanks ladies. The picture is misleading as they do look more fitted in the picture (which was why I ordered them.) In actual fact DH pointed out that there are two legs in the pic (not clear at all on-line) and so they are looser on the model than they look at first glance.
Cod - I don't think my calves are skinny at all, but whenever I try to get boots they seem too big at the top. I am a size 12 bottom and size 14 top so not small! I think perhaps they are too much money to spend if I am not sure though...

NC - What a pain about your ebay boots!!!
