Anyone else having the same problem finding nice bras??

Am depressed about not being able to find some nice bras to suit my figure. It's not that my boobs are huge (although sizeable)but more where they are....after b/feeding two children (Youngest 11months and stopped feeding several months ago) instead of going South my boobs have gone East and West!! So because the breast tissue is so far under my arms (you cant really tell from looking) i need a big cup size to fit round there - DD or E however i have lost boob around the top and dont really have cleavage so most bras which fit me round the side are far too big round the front! Went in to Reading yesterday and went to John Lewis who i have always found very helpful. Currently have 3 t-shirt styles in different colour as the only ones that fit me but not very exciting and quite high cut so not good with low cut tops. Basically she couldnt find anything else to fit me and said that my breasts were 'so far apart' i would never be able to get them together (iyswim). Wasnt in the best of moods anyway and wanted to buy some nice new tops and got really upset. Standing in bra fiting room trying to stop crying - how sad is that. Have just ordered Bravissimo catalogue and might try and get to one of their shops but not that near me.

Just wondered if anyone else has the same problem or can offer any advice to cheer me up! Otherwise will be wearing the same bras for the rest of my life!

Thanks a lot
P.S. did go into M&S and found a couple that were OK but have strange seam across the front and they are a bit big across there so wrinkles a bit!

I looked at a company called Amplebosom.com which seems to do lovely bras.
I'll put the link below.

Amplebosom

Bravissimo are fabulous bras - I have been buying them for about 3 years. They are really beautiful, and also, fit really well. Are you anywhere near a Bravissimo store? It's worth going in to be measured by them. I went down a back size, but up a cup size to get a good fit.

Have you tried figleaf.com? I can't find a link for it, but perhaps someone else could.

I agree with Cod about the Balconette bras - they seem to fit much better, and give a better shape under clothes.

Thanks Cod. I'm always on the look out for suppliers of massive cup bras. I stopped breasfeeding 8 months ago, and mine don't seem to have gone down.

I must buy some more bras. Hate bra shopping with a passion though, all the nice ones seem to look crap once they are on.

Roll on November then! Do I have to stop eating cakes as well to make them get smaller?

Agree with Cod - M&S are rubbish at measuring you. Go to Bravissimo.

I was a 30G when pregnant and was almost impossible to find a decent bra! I am 30EE now which is still difficult but I think bravissmo is quite good. Expensive of course.
