As the old one is nearly full!

All & any vaping chat welcome.

No question is too daft to ask. We've all been there at the start of vaping in the minefield that it is.

Only rule is: No Willy Waving!!

I'm waiting on a fasttech order too McNo, we can twiddle our thumbs together Grin

McNo · 22/04/2015 19:59

Can I just check for the istick / mini nautilus if there is anything else I should stock up on apart from spare coils?

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 22/04/2015 20:10

No, nothing else you need except eliquid.

McNo · 22/04/2015 20:42

Thanks plenty.

Allergictoironing · 23/04/2015 08:05

Another one just made a Fasttech order, also for Nautilus coils (among other bits).

McNo just bear in mind it can take up to a week for bloody Singapore post to actually register your package on their tracking system, so don't panic if Fasttech say it's been despatched but the tracker can't find it. I know it says 24 hours, but ignore that as it takes much longer to appear on the tracker!

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 23/04/2015 08:40

Yes mine's currently languishing in Singapore post. It's kind of fun - sometimes by the time my parcel arrives I've forgotten what I ordered so it's a bit like Christmas Grin

McNo · 23/04/2015 12:38

Thanks Allergic, mine is via Singapore post. Status has changed to ready to ship so I'm being positive and hoping I get it within 2 weeks Grin

Allergictoironing · 23/04/2015 15:04

Oh mine has been marked on the Fasttech system as shipped - which means they've sent it to Singapore Post. It now reads "information received" on the Singpost tracking website, and it could spend up to a week at that status going by past experiences Grin.

McNo · 23/04/2015 15:11

Iv just had email to say mine is shipped and logged in to see a picture of the parcel, how neatGrin checked tracking and it's not yet registered but trying to be very patient Confused

PlentyOfPubeGardens · 23/04/2015 19:28

Mine's gone from 'information received' to 'received from customer'

ner ner ner ner ner Grin

Allergictoironing · 23/04/2015 19:35
Envy
McNo · 23/04/2015 20:00

Yah Plenty Grin

I'm stopping myself checking the tracking.. I know it's pointless as Singapore tracking is not good at updates

McNo · 25/04/2015 10:45

First day of no cigs Grin going well so far, I've finished my duty free and am determined not to buy any from shop.

4girlsonly · 27/04/2015 19:38

Hi all am new to this thread and Vaping. Haven't had a real fag in 11 days and thought I would have a disgusting cough (lungs clearing out) but haven't ? Is this normal? Was smoking silk cut ultra low for last 10 yrs so maybe that's why. Did any of you have a hacking cough after stopping "stinkies"?

How's it going McNo?

Well done on 11 days 4girls! I didn't get a hacking cough either. I've had a one-off hoik-up of phlegm every couple of months (sorry TMI), each time discovering a bit more lung capacity I'd forgotten I had.

Watch out for bleeding gums - smoking can mask the symptoms of gum disease and it can flare up when you quit because your gums have a decent blood supply again. Now is a very good time to get a dental checkup if you're due one.

McNo · 27/04/2015 21:01

Really well until today Plenty..
Was down to one in morning but a stressful led to me buying 10 ?? don't think I've enjoyed any of them but it's like my crutch if I'm stressed.

Patiently waiting on my fast tech order, status changed to received from customer Grin

It's a new day tomorrow.how is everyone else doing?

McNo · 27/04/2015 21:02

Missed out day! Was a stressful day ??

butterflyballs · 27/04/2015 21:09

I wish I noted down my quit date but it must be at least two months with no cigs now. Can't believe how easy I found it after smoking for 25 years.

I've got a vape and an ecig so switch between the two. It's not the cheapest option but it's the one that's working for me. I'm hoping to cut down gradually and quit completely at some point but I do feel better and I've had no urge to smoke a cig at all which I thought would be impossible.

McNo · 27/04/2015 21:11

Well done butterfly. I love vaping, only been trying to stop for a week or so and have almost cut the cigs out.

McNo · 28/04/2015 08:54

My local B&M has just received stock of isticks. I'm waiting on the mini coming from fast tech but so tempted to buy their kit. It's the 20w model with atomiser and 2 bottles of juice for £55 ??

It's good to have a spare right!

magimedi · 28/04/2015 09:07

It is vital to have a spare!!

Hi not read all the thread but will Smile I have a K1 aspire. I've had it around six weeks and I'm just finishing off my 12mg liquids and going on to 8/5mg ones. I'm still smoking between 2-4 roll ups a day as a lot of stress in my life and sometimes the vape just isn't enough. But I've gone from about 25-30 roll ups a day and did that straight away. It's amazing. I'm buying liquids on line and have found that the older liquids taste much better. When googled this it says to kind of let them breath a bit as enhances the flavour. Does anyone else need to do this? I'd be interested to hear about liquid types people use and recommendations on the best flavours.

McNo · 28/04/2015 10:01

Oops magi I'm now an istick owner

First few vapes tasted slightly smoky, hopefully this passes?

I do love it thoughSmile

McNo · 28/04/2015 10:03

Sorry for all the questions, what volts would've good to start it on? I'm scared of breaking it
