Pietreczko is so young looking for 30

JaneJeffer · 17/12/2024 21:20

Come on Fallon 💓

SlingingArrows · 17/12/2024 21:34

Just managed to tune in just in time for Sherrock, c'mon girl!!

JaneJeffer · 17/12/2024 22:16

Aah

SlingingArrows · 17/12/2024 22:17

If she had got that bull I think I would actually have jumped out of bed celebrating Grin. Such a shame for Fallon although I'm not going to miss the constant talk of Littler v Sherrock from Sky!!

SlingingArrows · 17/12/2024 22:18

I also can't watch on Saturday so selfishly happy I won't miss it!

This is a huge part of our Christmas! We can't watch though as our dodgy firestick is playing up and we cancelled Sky 😂

We'll keep trying. I'm not a darts fan, it's more of a seasonal backdrop for me as DP shouts and screams.

We've taken a month of Now tv sport for £30 no contract. Worth it for us as we all enjoyed the darts at Christmas. ☺️

SlingingArrows · 19/12/2024 21:31

Has anyone managed to watch anymore matches? It's so hard to fit in around still working / social events but just managing to tune in for the rest of this evenings session!

cheesychipsontheoche · 19/12/2024 21:42

Missed a few sessions but watching tonight - darts on the iPad and football on the telly.

Suljovic isn't what he was playing wise. Two matches tonight ending on a bull though - not something you see every day!

Hardly seen any, as well as the work/social stuff one of my parents has been hospitalised this week so I'm having to go there in the evenings now. Just watching the Smith match now though.

ExquisiteDecorations · 19/12/2024 23:10

Wow, that was worth staying up for!

Some match that one!

SlingingArrows · 20/12/2024 07:07

Woops I fell asleep can't believe I missed that! @ExquisiteDecorations sorry to hear about your parent and I hope things are looking up soon l.

LoveTheDarts · 20/12/2024 08:19

Amazing last match - I guess Smith it out of the premier league now too. I hope your parent is doing ok @ExquisiteDecorations Flowers

I'm interested to see what the premier league line up will be as there's a few regulars who really don't deserve to be in there next year imo, although I knows it's all about 'bums on seats' as Mardle would put it rather than rankings.

ExquisiteDecorations · 20/12/2024 11:25

Thank you, she is (mum with broken hip from a fall). Operated on yesterday and doing well. I’m out again all afternoon and evening, the darts are getting neglected but after today there should be more viewing time.

cheesychipsontheoche · 21/12/2024 22:48

That last set from Littler - incredible

Hope he's being well looked after. He's just a kid still.

I've just watched a clip of that last set wow! He really is a phenomenal talent.

Then the clip of him leaving the stage in tears came on, I hope he has the support to take a step back if needed, it's such an immense amount of pressure on him at such a young age.

SlingingArrows · 22/12/2024 08:41

Should add I hope it doesn't come to that and don't think it will, I think last night was probably just an accumulation of different emotions coming to a head and he's not the first and certainly not the last to walk off the ally pally stage in tears.

SlingingArrows · 22/12/2024 08:51

Just watched the final set of the Kenny Barney match as well, I love Barney and it's a shame he isn't doing to well at the moment but that winning reaction from Kenny was brilliant!

LoveTheDarts · 22/12/2024 13:09

Littler seemed ok in the interview with Abi backstage, amazing set by he has so much pressure on him.

Barney carries too much baggage - he thinks he's better than he is now (and isn't very nice off the stage) he seems to have two personas that turn up, he wouldn't have liked the mix up with the walk on and then seemed completely nonchalant.

Watched last game, Cullen. Now watching Edhouse.

Oblomov24 · 22/12/2024 15:36

Cullen had one word answers when interviewed. Was clearly narked, at being written off pre match?

Yes I can only assume that's the reason why

LoveTheDarts · 22/12/2024 15:43

Not sure Wessel should be playing even though he served his ban. Glad Cullen won. He definitely was pissed off though 😂
