I'm watching Netherlands v Austria (and occasionally flicking to France v Poland) - pretty dull first half but it's all happening in the second half!

I am glad Lewandowski scored the retaken penalty, but it felt both times like he was dithering and dancing around forever. That always annoys me - just bloody pick your spot and hit it!

I think his stuttering and virtually stopping was at least as bad as the goalie maybe moving an inch just before the shot (because he did, after all, stutter just before the shot), so I think the save should have stood. There's not point to these rules if they're not being adhered to. I think there would be a case for saying Lewandowsi actually did stop during his run up - certainly his legs stopped at one point.
