Darts World Championships 2024

Well it's that time of the year again, the Darts World Championships kick off tomorrow.

Any thoughts on this year? The bookies seemed to be keen on Gary Anderson but odds have dropped (?) to 14/1 now, it wouldn't surprise me if Luke Humphries wins but I dare say I find him quite boring. I had been rooting for Smith the last couple of years and was so glad he won last year!

I know these threads don't normally get busy until closer to Christmas, and I won't actually be watching tomorrow but it's here for anyone wanting to chat!

I can't remember who normally partakes other than I think @JaneJeffer ?

Especially with the 170 and not going for the bull. Would have been so easy to go for the glory and mess up.

Yep I feel like the weather being so miserable has meant we have watched more than usual, especially the afternoon sessions. Not that I'm complaining! It's been a fab year.
