I think it’s alphabetical order in Japanese with a couple of exceptions - Greeks come first and hosts and future hosts go last.

Found the one minute silence powerful in what should of been a stadium full of cheering people.

I always find it amazing seeing the small teams from countries where awful things are going on and who have over come so much.
