My mornings NEVER start with "hello mum"....often i get woken by the sudden thud of hands banging on my pillow, or requests to go on the playstation or screams as they argue over the same programme on t.v...simply cos its 'their' turn and the other 'chose' the same programme and they end up fighting.

but today was the 'best' obscure start to a day i've had for ages!!!
tom (10 with asperger's) said:

"Did you know that George bush has 10 television screens?"

I said "NO....Why?"

He said "Because he has 10 cameras - each connected to their own screen so he can see everything from any angle"

He then sprung out of bed and did his usual wee all over the toilet and floor and walls (this is one of the worst things i'm dealing with at the moment....but that's another story)

Basically the night b4 i'd explained that at the Euro 2004 matches they have loads of tv cameras so that they can film shots at different angles....leigh and tome were asking about how replays are shown etc....so i can understand why he'd dreamt of cameras and T.v etc....but George Bush???? Tom has no interest in the News and Politics....but i guess he must subconciosly 'take it all in!'
