Go to Lidl - only £29. bakes really good bread.

LegoLady95 · 12/11/2010 21:59

Lidl rocks, have you seen the heated thing in there this week that you strap to your back?

c0rns1lk · 12/11/2010 22:00

what does it do?

TheArsenicCupCake · 12/11/2010 22:02

Corny.. It's a secret rocket pack... Just when your back ache starts to go away.............Whooooooooosh

and up you go!

c0rns1lk · 12/11/2010 22:03

intothewest · 12/11/2010 22:05

My bread maker's in the shed-little paddle thing in the bottom(technical term)left big holes in the bread-dd (nt) came home from school with beautiful bread rolls made in food tech-all this talk of food is making me hungry and all this talk of b'days is making me feel old

LegoLady95 · 12/11/2010 22:05

If it does that I'll take 2!

It is like a heat pad from the base of your spine up to your neck, but it straps on so you can walk round with it on. £14.99!

Like a big warm cuddle you can wear all day?

c0rns1lk · 12/11/2010 22:07

wonder where my nearest lidl is?

purplepidjin · 12/11/2010 22:07

Ooh, Lidl down the road might be open by now Grin I think I need to go for a walk tomorrow between sewing in the morning and going to visit Dniece and Dneph tomorrow afternoon Do you think DP might buy me one for my birthday even though he already took me to Ireland for a long weekend???

TheArsenicCupCake · 12/11/2010 22:07

:) fun too just don't hold on to dc's hand whilst using it obviously .. Flying children aren't so good

( disclaimer .. I have been up since 4 this morning.. I have had three hours sleep... My mind has now gone to random default setting)

ShadeofViolet · 12/11/2010 22:09

I have always been put off buying a bread maker as I think it might gather dust like my smoothie maker/juicer.

Do they make nice bread easily? I always imagine I wouldnt be very good at it.

LollipopViolet · 12/11/2010 22:10

I would like a scalpel and pair of pliers please.

So that I can cut and pull out this wisdom tooth! Ugh, the last one wasn't like this, it would hurt for a day then be nice and not painful. This is day 2 of pain and I am FED UP.

And I've got the dentist on Tuesday, which I loathe with a passion. That said, my current one is LOVELY and knows I'm scared, so is always super nice and says any work will be done when I feel ready. I've never needed any work done but you know, when it happens. It's really just the needle that worries me!

TheArsenicCupCake · 12/11/2010 22:10

SoV .. Seriously easy.. Just bung the stuff in and turn it on :)

purplepidjin · 12/11/2010 22:12

Lollipop, my dentist whacks a vile tasting bit of clove in there and sends me to the shops to buy Corsodyl... Works an absolute treat Grin

TheArsenicCupCake · 12/11/2010 22:14

Lolli.. You could try ambersol liquid ( get it from the chemist).. A teething liquid that works a treat on adults

devientenigma · 12/11/2010 23:07

Thanks 5 and hope you have a great birthday!! where's my invite lol x
Hey Arsenic I thought I was older lol

woolytree · 12/11/2010 23:20

Lollipop I got some stuff from the chemist...just spent 10 mins rummaging and cant find it...it was a tiny white tube with black and red writing, excellent at numbing tooth pain, I had it for a hole in my tooth when I waited 2 weeks for a fix! Sorry im not more helpfull..i tried! :) Clove oil from the health shops works to but does taste vile.

My breadmaker has died! :( I love cinnamon and raisen bread..mmmmmm. :) Must ask santa!

DH has gone to bed...I did open wine, be rude not to finish it off.
