Hi, I don’t post often but I’m just looking to see if anyone else is finding it really hard to keep healthy eating at the moment. I am a bit of an emotional eater, and trying to work from home with a preschooler and a year 6 who has autism and demand avoidance issues is taking its toll on me even after just a week (have been wfh since last Thursday). I have been trying to have SW friendly meals but my snacking is out of control and I’m losing the mental motivation to make the meals. I have lost 4 stone so far and dread putting it back on. I know there are bigger things going on but this is a big part of my mental well-being and I am struggling
does anyone have an tips or advice, or just feeling in a similar position x
