Hi everyone can I join? I joined slimming world online and started today. I’ve lost 10lb this month doing calorie counting using my fitness pal but I’ve been finding it so hard and I’m so hungry all the time!
So far today I’ve eaten
Eggs and bacon on nimble toast with ketchup (2syns and and apple
Baked potato with tuna, cheese sweet corn mayo and salad (2syns and hexa)
Options mint hot chocolate (1 and a half Syns and semi skimmed milk as hexa)
One coffee with 2 tsp half spoon sugar (2 Syns)
I have a roast planned later so going to syn the gravy and use spray oil on the roast potatoes. Will have to go without cauliflower cheese this week
