I'm on no exercise just now. My back is still having issues.

Had a good night out with Dd, nandos (they have new sides) then hormonal housewives.

I usually aim for 3 walks a week and sit ups 3 times a week. Sometimes I manage it, other times I don't. I got a new bike yesterday so I'm hoping to swap walks for cycling. Altho I'm rubbish so will have to build myself up

Ooh I went to Nandos for the first time on Saturday. I had chicken, chips and this lovely spinich and chickpea side. That was the best bit really!

I lost 1.5lb out of target now but I've got a few off plan things planned this week so I'm can relax a bit. Will see how things go over next few weeks or so and look at lowering target if needed

I'm following the 'had a bad fall, smashed my face in, split my lip and cracked ribs' diet this week Sad. Staying on plan as much as possible but not able to eat a lot if you see what I mean. Not hopeful for a loss this week.

2lb off for me. 4lb away from target. Will be good, and go to a morning weigh-in next week. Hopefully that will be 4lb.

1/2lb off for me this week, I was unable to resist getting stuck into a tube of Pringles at the weekend and had too much bread as well. Overall feeling motivated and enjoying the meetings though.

Wow, lots of good losses here. I had a big night out Friday, didn't eat much but drank loads. Been a bit ill today. Blush

All I've eaten so far today is an omlette, so I'm starving! Having a Chinese tonight but I've chosen quite healthy stuff. Will try to stay on track till Tuesday after this!

Hi everyone can I join? I joined slimming world online and started today. I’ve lost 10lb this month doing calorie counting using my fitness pal but I’ve been finding it so hard and I’m so hungry all the time!

So far today I’ve eaten

Eggs and bacon on nimble toast with ketchup (2syns and and apple

Baked potato with tuna, cheese sweet corn mayo and salad (2syns and hexa)

Options mint hot chocolate (1 and a half Syns and semi skimmed milk as hexa)

One coffee with 2 tsp half spoon sugar (2 Syns)

I have a roast planned later so going to syn the gravy and use spray oil on the roast potatoes. Will have to go without cauliflower cheese this week Sad

Some big losses on here Grin well done so far everyone Wine
