100 day challenge

I'm so pants at sw I'm setting myself a challenge to stay on plan for 100 days straight.

It's weigh day tomo so will stock up the fridge get weighed and then get on it!

I will be posting here what I've eaten so I've got something to be accountable for, feel free to join in I can't be the only one that needs a good shake.

It's frustrating staying the same when you've been good, it will come off next week though so don't let up!

Welcome Irish, I tried them over night oats a few weeks ago with natural yog and it was yuck! Keep meaning to try again with muller light but forget!

Ruby you got me looking at my local gym now! Thinking of following sw from home and paying for gym instead once countdown runs out -12.99 a month is a bargain!

Overnight oats is good if you put frozen fruit in and leave it to defrost overnight. I tend to use 2 flavoured yoghurts.

Can't find my first post but I'm still on it! 8th july is D day for me which in theory should be ample time because I only want to lost 10 lbs but as you know it isn't always as simple as that. I've had a pretty good week. Lots of overnight oats, sprout soup (better than it sounds) and SW dinners. I missed group yesterday cause of work so didn't weigh in. Got a family dinner out tonight followed by an invitation to drink too much... this is called social sabotage!! I'm going to go easy on what I eat today and use my 'flexible syns' tonight 😂 Hope everyone else is going ok. It's lovely catching up with you all doing the same thing, definitely helps.

Well I lived up to my nn...

I've actually given up on sw and downloaded mfp as sw clearly isn't working this time round ConfusedBlushAngrySad I just can't get myself to want to the food, I do a meal plan buy all the stuff then as it gets time to cook I just don't fancy whatever is planned and have naughty instead -gained 3lb at group this week. Then I had a night out so lots of booze and yesterday needed a fry up and hangover food! Dh was out last night and I let ds talk to me into Chinese too! ...shit. So this morning I downloaded mfp.

Omg @ 115 days that's fab! Well done!

And everyone else too, it's so hard!

Lost 2lbs this week - only 5lb to go to target 🎯

Getting on well with this WOE. For me it works if I plan my week and goes not so well if I don't. I usually have overnight oats with 0% Greek yoghurt - everything else I've tried is overly and artificially sweet. I add raspberries or another soft fruit but when I tried frozen fruit the whole thing was a soggy inedible mess.

Lunch is something like egg salad and dinner is usually a recipe from one of the SW recipe books - which is just cook from scratch good healthy food. I love the recipe books for ideas.

I've done SW a no of times and never managed to get my head into it for very long. This time it's been 4 mths and I've lost 1.5 stone without too much effort. Have a good weekend everyone and I look forward to reading this thread for motivation 👍🏻

How are you getting on Fluffed, is MFP working for you? I couldn't get the ruddy app to link with my Fitbit Angry

I've signed up for a clean eating challenge with my aerobics group next week; just had my last hot chocolate for a while, eek! Brew But something must be done, I have 30lb to lose after an all inclusive holiday, and at a pound a week I should be there by Christmas. Which seems like a long way off, but if I don't do something now then my belly will resemble Santa's by then!!

First target is 7 lb in 5 weeks, when we're off to see my family - sure I'm bigger now than I was this time last year Blush not that they will care, but I do.

Groovee, amazing job on your (hopefully!) 122 days by now! 100 days from tomorrow will take me to August 16th, which is just after OH's birthday. That'll be tricky as we're planning a trip to Bruges - home of chocolate and chips - but we'll see how it goes…..!

On Day 146! 2 stone 9lb down. Am delighted! 4 more weigh ins to my holiday. Aim to get 5lb off.
