I'm so pants at sw I'm setting myself a challenge to stay on plan for 100 days straight.

It's weigh day tomo so will stock up the fridge get weighed and then get on it!

I will be posting here what I've eaten so I've got something to be accountable for, feel free to join in I can't be the only one that needs a good shake.

I think it will be our last holiday just the 4 of us as Dd turns 18 in January and has other plans for next year.

FluffedIt · 11/04/2017 03:36

I'm struggling again, haven't fallen off wagon yet but there's choc EVERYWHERE!! Lol

I may have had a break through with dh though as he's isn't supportive when I'm on a diet, but he wants to lose a bit of weight too so no more sabotaging my efforts!

Now on day 10 and he's starting today

Well done @FluffedIt

Starting burlesque chair dance classes tonight 🙈

RubySlippers77 · 11/04/2017 12:27

I feel your pain Fluffed - OH has left my Easter egg in the kitchen - I can hear it calling me...

Sounds interesting Groovee! Have you done anything similar before?

Groovee · 11/04/2017 13:33

Never @RubySlippers77. My friend has trained as an instructor and it looks fun x

RubySlippers77 · 11/04/2017 15:45

Have a great time! A friend keeps asking me to join her at Metafit, I'd like to give it a go but OH gets back from work too late! X

RubySlippers77 · 11/04/2017 16:06

I meant gets back from work too late to have the DC... no way would he be joining me at Metafit!! Grin

Lunch fail for me today - met a friend at a pub which used to do sandwiches, jacket potatoes, salads etc at lunch time - they've reduced the menu and put the prices up, a sandwich was £8!!! The only thing I could afford was a bowl of chips!

FluffedIt · 11/04/2017 17:48

I'm feeling pretty angelic atm, met my sister at the harvester and had chicken breast veg and jacket pot!

Well done Fluffed.

Lost 1.5lb and Burlesque was fab x

FluffedIt · 14/04/2017 17:02

Well weigh in was last night, and I gained half a lb! Grrr!

Think hope it's due to lady time and exercise bloat as I've been so good.

Gonna struggle this weekend as it's friends birthday but I'm in a good mindset so will be fine

How are you both getting on?

OP posts:
Groovee · 14/04/2017 17:32

I'm on Day 100! A 1st 13.5lb loss in that time.

Have a party tomorrow. Thinking of taking my own food 😳

Groovee · 14/04/2017 17:33

@FluffedIt bum! Just do your best x

FluffedIt · 15/04/2017 23:55

Well I was home by 11 and had one cocktail that I have no idea was under syns or not but decided not find out and just carry on.

Easter is so hard there is choc everywhere! Been on a long walk today to avoid it all!

I find it easier posting here so planning on posting more often than I have recently! I really want a loss on the scales this week.

OP posts:
RubySlippers77 · 16/04/2017 00:21

Good luck with the weight loss (and avoiding all the chocolate!!) Fluffed! Flipping annoying about your very small gain but it will make next week's loss even more spectacular Grin

Glad you enjoyed your burlesque class Groovee and enormous congratulations on reaching 100 days!! How is your planning going, what's the next milestone?

Swings and roundabouts for me, done lots of steps every day and usually an exercise DVD too, but not eating as healthily as I could; day 9 Confused of AF today and I am shattered. I do occasionally have a very long period - usually when I'm tired/ run down, and of course it makes things even worse! - but after a week I'm so tired that I end up eating sugary things just to try to get through the day. Hoping that things will be back to normal by Tuesday when all the boys' baby groups will be back on too after the school holidays, and our days will have some structure again!

Groovee · 16/04/2017 00:38

Hoping for my 2st award then my next target is 7.5lb away from last week. Then we'll see after that!

FluffedIt · 16/04/2017 18:25

Is everyone having a nice Easter?!

I've had the longest day ever at my pils house Grin glad to be home and watching last nights bgt!

That's such a great loss well done!

OP posts:
Groovee · 16/04/2017 20:43

I think I've gone over my syns today 😳. Never mind tomorrow is a new day x

FluffedIt · 16/04/2017 21:20

Too many eggs? Or egg should I say, group said a small 1 was 26 syns?!

OP posts:
Groovee · 16/04/2017 21:27

Mini cakes! They fell into my mouth!

RubySlippers77 · 16/04/2017 23:08

Oh my days Fluffed, 26 syns!! And let's face it, most of us could eat more than one!

I think a lapse on Easter Sunday is understandable Groovee, hope the mini cakes were a yummy (one off!) treat Grin

My aerobics teacher is running a 'new start' week in two weeks' time, I'm considering investing £50 to try to give myself a kick.....!

FluffedIt · 17/04/2017 03:15

What do you get for £50?!

Yes 26 for just the egg, seems such a lot for something I can scoff in about a minute!

OP posts:
FluffedIt · 18/04/2017 07:49

So it's back to normal today..phew!

Ds is having a sleep over today so I'm counting down the minutes til he gets picked up(and then he'll go and I'll miss him like crazy) it's his first one at non family's house so praying he behaves 😂

I have a thousand things to do today so confident I'll get my step goal and no chance of snacking. I've lost count of what day I'm on though! Lol

OP posts:
RubySlippers77 · 18/04/2017 23:26

Hope your DS is enjoying his sleepover Fluffed and that you've had a productive day!!

I found out today that my iron levels are low - about half of what they should be - my GP has recommended more iron tablets and further blood tests in six months to check for any changes. I'm actually glad they found something which explains why I'm always so flipping tired and looking for sugar! I had several blood transfusions when my twins were born (major complications after c section) and I don't think my iron levels have recovered yet.

For £50 you get extra classes for a week, a support group and (hopefully!) a good kick start; OH is being so unhelpful with me physically going to aerobics classes (which I love Sad) that I tend to do exercise DVDs at home, but it's not the same. Maybe this would give me an extra boost?

Irishal68 · 19/04/2017 07:00

Arriving to the party a bit late but never mind. My weigh in is Friday. I joined in January (there's a surprise) and I've lost 17 lbs so far. My goal is another 11 lbs before a family wedding in July. I usually have overnight oats with lots of fruit in the day and a SW dinner in the evening. Managed to avoid the Easter eggs this time round!

Groovee · 19/04/2017 07:31

I stayed the same this week despite being within my syns.

@RubySlippers77 I have loads of iron/ferritin issues. Hoping it sorts itself out soon x
