Yes roundabout. Someone told me earlier this week that the be good to yourself reduced fat Cumberland sausages are 0.5 syns EACH! Tried them and they are actually really nice n tasty!!!!! They are on offer too in the 2 for £3.50 so got them and froze them in 2's :-)

I've been good today despite being out most of the day. Really hoping for 3lbs off this week so I can get my 2.5 stone award. Not sure if that's a bit over-optimistic of me though!

B - Banana
L (Well, brunch really, as had it at 11ish) - 2 sausages (1 syn), beans, mushrooms, toast (HExB) and flora light (1 syn)
D - Watermelon and feta salad (was today's special at the pub.) Have counted the feta as my HExA and the rest of it as 6/7 syns as the dressing seemed quite oily
S - Banana, satsuma, muller light

Also did a 4 mile walk this afternoon and have booked a water workout class for Monday, so hoping that will help!

I'm fecking hacked off.

So last time I had chicken stew I put 5lb on. Yes. 5lb. I weighed at night after it and the following morning. I just thought it was odd. But put me off having it for a bit.

Made it again tonight and I've put 3.5lb on after dinner! Weighed before and after! I bet I weigh the same in the morning! How/why is this?!?!?

It's homemade. By me. Veg and chicken. Stock, and cornflour. 4 syns for a large bowl full due to the cornflour.

I'm going to be so annoyed. It will take me 2 weeks minimum to get that off.

I've barely had any syns for 3 days now too. Averaging 5 a day. Not through choice just that I'm full up with free/superfree.

B: none. Was asleep :)
L: Toast (HEB) bacon, fried egg, portabello mushrooms and grilled tomatoes. All free/superfree.
D: Chicken stew

Syns: cornflour 4, highlights sachet 2 (with 250 semi skimmed milk as HEA).

Well not a good day for me yesterday. Today is my first day off in two weeks so was celebrating with a ready curry with samosas followed by fruit cider and a bag of crisps. Then got the munchies but luckily a handful of grapes sorted them out :)

So I hope being very focused until wi will reverse any damage and get me a loss this week (allx'd!). Have a good Sunday all :)

Oh thank goodness. I'm 1/4lb above what I was yesterday morning and the 5 mornings before that!.

I feel awful :( I went out for a 2 mile walk this morning then came home and stuffed my face. I had a free scotch egg then weetabix Confused Then 3 strawberry pencils, half a pack of mikados and 4 freddos. I feel sick and a massive disappointment. Plus we're going out for dinner tonight. Blurgh.

Mama nobody takes clothes off!! You might want to take your shoes and coat off but nothing more than that Shock. You can have wine if you like, you just need to count it.

I am most relieved Grin (mostly about the wine! I don't drink often, but some days after a grumpy day with babychubbylegs and stranger than strange DP, I need to replenish my sense of humour!)

Also, not worried about a coat... I dont have one that fits!! Blush

Isaac & Beth been there done that! Happens when you get really hungry and g et serious munchies. Sure it wouln't have done too much harm. I can't let myself get really hungry or it's a disaster.

STOOPID QUESTION ALERT!!!!
Apologies, but I have just started a few days ago and I was wondering whether on SW you have to have between 5 and 15 syns, it's just although I have got 2 stone to lose and I have been on the diet for 4 days, my weight has only gone down 1lb!!! Sad I would have thought I would lose more than that in the first week. I have been having between 1 and 3 syns so is it that? I have been doing exercise each day too!!! It's not bloody fair!!!

Dizzy Blondes will be along in a minute to tell you off! You should only weigh in on weighing day. She's right. Despite sticking to plan a couple of weeks back, I weighed myself and panicked. Stuffed my face because I was upset, and then got back on. I did put on, but not a lot. I have discovered I can lose a pound by wednesday, put it back by Friday and then lose two to three on Monday which is my weigh in day.
Keep with it, you've got three days to go, good luck!

Another silly q here...I use the fry light spray which is free for 1 spray but often I use more than 1 spray at a time. How many sprays do I get before I need to worry and how many syns should I count for them?

Dizzy my leader seems to think you shouldn't have less than about 5 syns a day because it will make you feel deprived and people fall off the plan when they feel like they can't have things. I understand about getting on the scales midweek, I have asked dp to hide the scales in our house because I don't want to be weighing every day or so.

MrsHels Fry light is free for however many sprays you like. You do not need to count it at all Grin

mama-welcome, yes to wine and no to stripping off -unless you get drunk and do it pmsl--

schooldidi - welcome back

dizzy - bad girl, you weigh once a week !!!! and you may find you lose better having 10 a day/70 a week rather then less syns aday - plus if you have none/ a few then you deprive youself

i generally eat syn free meals but use syns for gin, crisps,chocolate, salad cream

as dawn says weight goes up and down and if you weigh a lot, then if you gain you feel like shit, if you lose you think yah and be bad - not worth it

weight once a week at the same time and wearing roughly the same clothes!!!

mrshels-i never count my sprays of one cal - maybe i should ............ but sure you dont have to :)

b eggs/bacon/toms/beans
l burger and white roll (6) cheese (a)
t spag bol and veg

We borrows MIL's halogen cooker tonight. It's great!

Did a roast dinner!

B: 2 hi fi light bars (HEB).
L: 4 hard boiled eggs (just the whites). Banana. Choc mousse (5 syns).
D: Chicken, roast potatoes, carrot and turnip, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, parsnips, gravy. :) 5-6 syns probably in total!

Other syns - 1/2 a fairy cake (2), half an alpen light bar (1.5) highlights sachet with 250ml milk (HEA).

Random day but we were out at the school fayre this afternoon, so lunch was grabbed on the way out the door, and half a fairy cake was at the fayre --felt rude to say no, so DP and I shared it! Also, we got the alpen lights to try so me and DP shared it again!

Hello everyone and welcome newbies. I really must start listening to Blondes and stop weighing myself every day. I currently weigh myself about 5 times a day! Blush I know its stupid but just can't resist temptation. I was so happy this afternoon as scales were showing a 6lb loss. Weighed myself again just now and was only 2lbs lighter. Going to try really hard not to weigh again til weigh in on Tuesday!

Been pretty good today:

B - Banana
L - 1 slice of toast (2.5 syns) with flora light (1 syn) and spaghetti hoops
D - Homemade burger with wholemeal roll (HExB) and Greek salad (HExA for feta)

S - Fat free yoghurt, satsumas, grapes, low fat crisps (4.5 syns)
