There are so many people on this thread losing this week I've lost track, so congratulations to you all. Flowers

2 1/2 lb for me last night, which was a really nice surprise as I'm half way there now and with another 2 stone max to go it is usually slowing down a bit no matter how good I've been, under another stone marker too so won't be long now until I am top end healthy weight for my height.

Today I'm planning bite sized shreddies with blueberries and strawberries for breakfast. Ryvita/apple/salad/ quorn ham and soy cheese for lunch and pasta/mediteranean sauce/salad and yoghurt for supper.

Bummer about the oven :( def look at freecycle or gumtree or maybe buy a new one on % finance?

Hi all

I have a big dose of determination and taking it day by day. Breakfast was HE museli with banana and activia yogurt. Snack at work will be HE ryvitas and cheese and another banana. Dinner will be bns & lentil curry a la onceipop. Oh yes, a snack of bean salad before I hopefully go running tonight.

Seems I am eating a lot but all sticking to plan. My syns will just be things added to food like mango chutney.

detective hope you get oven situation sorted, what a complete pain

blondes thanks for the curry recipe. Veggie curries/stews are the way to go for me as brown basmati rice is one food that really fills me up.

Well done to all losers. Huff know how you feel with the 1/2 lb but sometimes it spurs us on with renewed oomph. I once put on 4lb in a week, strangely enough even though I'd been on a 15 mile walk. it was all the snacking along the way!

I am feeling better already, my black work trousers are definitely more comfortable Smile keep going everybody.

I really thought I'd be into the next stone bracket today, as I've been naughty and weighed myself pretty much everyday even though I said I wouldn't Blush

The past two days the scales had shown a 4lb loss, so only 1lb from being there but today the scales show a 2lb loss. I know it's good but I was gutted as I thought I'd be into the next stone bracket :( Ah well, fingers crossed for next week!

Yesterday after i didnt go for the kebab but thanks for the above info - i will treat myself to one soon 100%
Id have a small donner with loads of salad and a little garlic mayo - 10 syns i reckon - cant fault that!

I got on the sclaes this morning and im 0.5lb heavier than i was on monday night at weiging! i dont know how......
The only thing i can think of is that i had a big bowl of pasta last night?!?
Grrrrrr

I lost 2.5 lbs at WI today. While i am pleased, i'm also a bit gutted as i'm just 0.5lb away from losing a stone, AND being in the next stone down, iykwim.

But, losing 0.5 is completely doable for next week ( hopefully!) so at least i know what i'm aiming for. Tho i think my period will be on it's way, and sometimes it just makes me want to eat. All the time.

Well done to everyone who's losing. And good luck to those that aren't. We'll all get there in the end Grin

I've bought some scan bran today from Holland and Barratts, any ideas as to what I should use it for? I've heard it's horrible but thought I'd try it!

Scanbran is SW own brand of crispbread. I love them, they are boring on there own but you can have 5 as a HEB or 1 syn per slice.
Add just about anything on them you want, my fave is cream cheese and salad.

Scanbran - some love it some hate it. Tbh I haven't tried it as usually use my b for weetabix toast or rivitta mini

B fruit
L chicken salad apple
T salmon and rice and pear

S rivitta mini for my b - salad cream 2 - pear - apple

Hoping for a lb loss tomorrow :)

Ooh, i might get some scanbran. I used to eat them a lot when i went to a group. I like them, although i seem to be the only person that does!

Well done to all the losses, and sorry about the oven. I'd struggle badly without it.

Feel like I've snacked loads today hit actually its all been free stuff, doing an Extra Easy today.

B: Weetabix with semi-skimmed & banana
L: Jacket potato with beans & salad
D: grilled chicken, bachelors savoury rice & salad.

Snacks: diet coke and a packet of gammon ham through the day that I checked was free.

Syns: 1 slice of 50/50 toast (5), clover light (1) and a long awaited glass of wine (6).

I have been drinking lots more water and can really feel the effects. Feel much less bloated which is great.

mini I've snacked on free food today. I feel like I've stuffed my face on left over couscous and chickpeas.

Have been running this evening and came in very hungry. It's dangerous I've noticed to let myself get really hungry as that's when it goes pear shaped.

Made a chocolate fudge cake with dd, I was concentrating so much on trying to encourage her not to eat it before it went in the oven that I've forgotten the baking power and bicarb of soda. I think it will be a little dense compared to normal. A VERY small slice for me tomorrow, would hate to think of how many syns are in it!

Been good all week and haven't weighed myself! Today though is a bit of a mess, had two boiled eggs and toast for breakfast, half a scone and butter at four o' clock (trust me, there really was nothing else) and I'm now waiting for my spud to bake. I'm hoping the scone has been walked off, I was in the local city today and my dcs have walked my fat socks off! I'm starving now, I've come home and had beetroot, gherkins and half a slice of bread and marmite. I'm going to put the scone down as ten syns and not have any more today, hope this works!

Gone from yesterday wanting to eat all the food and today not really

B - wheatabix (hex) with mango and strawberry. Coffee
D - cous cous with chilli n lemon juice, half a grilled chicken breast, rocket salad, cucumber, pepper, raddish, cherry tomatoes, spring onion, dressing
T - chicken, noodles, pepper, baby corn, carrot and pak choi stir fry
Snacks - grapes, cherries, apple, lychee, alpen bar (3 syns), tea

Exercise - 50 min brisk walk

Realised I have 7 syns left so might have 2 dark chocolate digestives 8 syns well spent
