A5

By herself at the age of past 2 years old, falls asleep by herself and sleeps through most of the time (11 hours). Two things improved her sleep, not feeding her at night, getting her in her own room.

Problem is and always was extremely vivid dreams that woke her up and not being able to resettle by herself, often distressed and wanting bf to comfort.

It wasn't pretty but worst of it was over in 2 nights. Prior to CC I had gradually weaned his night time feeds down from 20 mins (approx) by a minute a night down to a 4 minute feed. By then I knew he didn't need it anymore and it was just a comfort. I didn't want to just cut out his night feed without sometime of weaning on his part.
