When should we report in? I might not have a chance to post until Tuesday - is that ok?

saggars, I know I should commiserate over GCSEs (and I do!) but dating sounds much much scarier to me. Good luck, hope she had a good time and EEEK!

popsycal · 25/03/2010 20:15

Have done my 5K but did it in the safety of the gym due to the almost torrential rain. I did wonder if there was another mumsnetter doing it at the same time; she did 10K and looked like she was on a mission.

Is this where we report in then?

AnnieLobeseder · 26/03/2010 17:18

Wow, so pleased to see how the total has jumped! I'll be running my 21km tomorrow, and this is the most poorly-trained I've ever been before a race. It's gonna HUUUUUUUUURT!!! Anyone near Alice Holt tomorrow would be very welcome to come and cheer me on.

See you ladies on the other side - happy running to all of you!

JJ · 26/03/2010 18:35

I ran my 10k today, too! Got a bit worried about having time to do it this weekend. Hope that's ok.

onlyjoking9329 · 26/03/2010 21:36

good luck all, a fab amount raised so far.

OliviaMumsnet · 26/03/2010 21:49

Themasterandmargaritas · 27/03/2010 06:22

Reporting in Popsy with 15k done in tropical sunshine this morning in 1hr 30.

Enjoy your running everyone.

saggarmakersbottomknocker · 27/03/2010 09:21

I'm just off now.

I've not run much more than 5k since Christmas so the last bit will be a bit of a trial but I'll make it

squashedfrogs · 27/03/2010 09:36

I've done my 5k this morning. Well done to those who have already run and good luck to those yet to go out!

TutTutter · 27/03/2010 09:40

good luck everyone. sorry again that i'm not joining in. i'm being terribly dull and serious about my marathon training schedule. i will go and donate now to make up for it

TutTutter · 27/03/2010 09:41
MmeLindt · 27/03/2010 10:38

Woohooo, I did it .

First time ever that I have run 5km.

MmeLindt · 27/03/2010 10:50

Anyone on Twitter? I posted using #runningformacmillan #mumsnet and the link to the donations page (which is at £1590 already)

If you are using Twitter could you post your result too, perhaps we will get a few more donations.

popsycal · 27/03/2010 10:56

I will be doing my 15k either late this afternoon or tomorrow...I fear I may be having a TACTICAL WALK at some point!

Good work ladies

I'm back!

Good luck everyone.

Twink · 27/03/2010 12:11

Just heard that MiniT and MumofTwink have just completed 8k instead of 6k

I'll be heading off early tomorrow morning for my effort.

Well done to all those who've finished!

Doyouthinktheysaurus · 27/03/2010 12:16

Well done to all those who have completed their runs.

Have some chocolate

I did 10 miles on the v. hilly and muddy South Downs. Nearly killed me, furthest I've run to date but I did it.

Did I mention it was hilly?

OrmRenewed · 27/03/2010 15:44

21.169k! And I think I am dying.

10 mins running (followed by 2 mins coughing), then ten minutes running etc. I walked up the only big hill and I also walked the last 3k because my foot has started to look like a cornish pasty. But I did it.

I'm not even going to tell you how long it took me

OrmRenewed · 27/03/2010 15:46

But what a beeeootiful day! All green and blue and white. Air smelt lovely and clean. Lambs and rabbits and birds twittering everywhere. And Tallis on my MP3. Bliss!
