Can we please have an editing thingy ?

Hello,

I have been spending time at another forum. It's fine though, it's not parenting one.

Anyway, to the point.

This other forum has a little but you can go back into your post to edit it. It would be great for illiterate people like me who make many errors from time to time.

Can we have this ? Please.

It also has starts to rate threads but I don't want that here, it may cause a problem or 23.

Please don't introduce an edit. Some of the threads on here move on so quickly that to be able to edit something up to 5 minutes later would just confuse the whole thread.

How very dare you! I've not done that for days weeks months. Besides, these days I let the more-than-capable tech whipper-snappers answer your ever whim.

My favourite feature from some other forums is where admins can set it so that a troublesome user's posts are visible only to that user - nobody else can see them. They merrily post their nonsense and get rather frustrated when nobody seems to care...
