Ok... the saga continues...The task of going through the old This Morning thread and trying to marry the volunteers on there to the names in the book has flummoxed everyone. So a new thread, a new tack. If you recognise your musings (accredited or not, ie they don't have to have your nickname by them but you know it's you) AND have a penchant to share a sofa with me and Justine, please put your virtual hands up now.

Thanks
MNHQ

hc since when are you on here daily? i have not seen you here for MONTHS
i know i don't get out much but, really, that is stretching it a bit far

VeniVidiVickiQV · 09/02/2009 22:19

Is HC hughjarsssssssssssss????

Wonderstuff · 09/02/2009 23:00

When is it going to be on TM??

whomovedmychocolate · 09/02/2009 23:04

Can you please for the next set of books you put out, put a list of nicknames quoted at the back so I can leaf through, sigh sadly and skulk away?

I know feck all about toddlers btw, I just have one. She regularly leaves me flummoxed. If I understood the bizarre mental life of a two year old I'd need both drugs and therapy!

gigglewitch · 09/02/2009 23:51

much better to be a toddler than to try to understand one

twinsetandpearls · 10/02/2009 00:06

I doubt very much I would be in the book but I would love to do it in a rompersuit George Dawes style.

onebatmother · 10/02/2009 10:48

Oh yes, twinset.

But in fact a skirt which was just slightly too short - and made of man-made fibres - might be enough to put the willies up them.

Gosh, there must be so many ways to Send The Wrong Message about MN

platforms e.g.

dragonbutter · 10/02/2009 10:53

when is it going to be on 'this morning'?

Threadworm · 10/02/2009 10:57

Don't frighten dragonbutter with talk of skirts onebat. They have already putting the willies up her.

AliceTheCamelisnotapig · 10/02/2009 11:07

If we have advance warning of the topic of the next Mumsnet book then I will be sure to make daily insightful witticisms on that subject thus ensuring that I am in the book, and I'll go on This Morning next time. [helpful]

I went into our local bookshop today to buy it but they didn't stock it.
