Ok... the saga continues...The task of going through the old This Morning thread and trying to marry the volunteers on there to the names in the book has flummoxed everyone. So a new thread, a new tack. If you recognise your musings (accredited or not, ie they don't have to have your nickname by them but you know it's you) AND have a penchant to share a sofa with me and Justine, please put your virtual hands up now.

Thanks
MNHQ

Do I always have to be such a twat?

false beard !!!!

ace123 · 09/02/2009 19:29

Boco - bearing in mind that it is a recession, I think it would be sans kaftan

MrsWilburton · 09/02/2009 19:30

I have a whole page I hear.

ahundredtimes · 09/02/2009 19:31

Kaftan becomes sans just before the advert break, keep up ace! It's a tease. It's going to sell shed loads of books.

Yes MrsW, I've heard that too. [grimace]

ahundredtimes · 09/02/2009 19:33

I liked your flase beard Pag, I thought it was like a flambee beard or a flacee beard. (I don't know what flacee means, but it looks plausible)

gigglewitch · 09/02/2009 19:33

listen, m'dear MP - seeing as you are the only one who has got read the book thoroughly, give us a clue who is in it.

would it be very rude to ask any of you MNHQ ladies for a list (or clues at least) as to who / what went in, as most of us obv havent got a clue? Then we can fight form an orderly queue of volunteers

morningpaper · 09/02/2009 19:35

That's QUITE ENOUGH requests

You all need to BUY THE BOOK NOW

or practice your Speed Leafing

Ponders · 09/02/2009 19:35

You know the previous books? Mums on Pregnancy/Babies? Are they redundant now? Is their advice all out of date & useless?

Boco · 09/02/2009 19:36

Flaccid beard Pag?

morningpaper · 09/02/2009 19:37

yes it is

burn them and buy the new ones

(Actually the format is just different - I expect that some of the quotes are in both)

pagwatch · 09/02/2009 19:41

It is chilly. It could be fleece?

it is cute though.

Pag's on her way to studio. Bikini and kaftan in bag

gigglewitch · 09/02/2009 19:45

so are you all bringing your picnic?
fruit shoots and burgers?

morningpaper · 09/02/2009 19:49

DO NOT MENTION MISSILES!

gigglewitch · 09/02/2009 19:51

you pickin on me mp

Just make sure your sandwiches are nice and fresh. wouldnt be nice if they were mouldy.

Threadworm · 09/02/2009 20:05

Just out of interest, is it really true that you lot would want to go on This Morning?

I would rather peel all my flesh off with my own teeth.

FrannyandZooey · 09/02/2009 20:14

you know, the problem is this:
people who while away most of their waking hours on an internet forum do NOT tend to be that confident or indeed socially able

boco and 100 are the obvious exceptions - send them

hunkermunker · 09/02/2009 20:23

I could've cheerfully lived my whole life without that image, VVV.

No more.

FrannyandZooey · 09/02/2009 20:23

ooh that's him vvv
have you met him?

Threadworm · 09/02/2009 20:24

Thank you Hunkermunker. That is actually a picture of my DH for your information.
