Trans identified Mumsnet member AidaP is scraping Mumsnet

Hi Mumsnet, though you should know that a trans identified man - who often posts on Mumsnet as @aidap - is scraping the feminimism board, in order to create some sort of grading system.

It's basically electronic stalking.

What is this?

Oh yes, I have downloaded most of mumsnet and we will be doing embeddings of the content to try to understand how does the rot and hate builds and spreads.

I never had so much hate and delusion on my hard drive before 😅

Do you understand that you are supporting an abuser? Your post is effectively like saying ‘you all deserved it’.

If you think posts are hateful, you should report them and have them deleted. Many people do. Posts that are transphobic are deleted.

To be fair, there was a fairly horrific thread the other week where posters went through 'Blind Dates' on the Guardian for participants who 'looked trans', and then mocked their appearance etc.

There have been other threads in a similar vein where private individuals have been picked on for their appearance, and declared 'trans' and insulted, for looking too masculine.

It doesn't matter if these threads are ultimately deleted, as the comments are still been made, regulars happily join in, and plenty of people read them.

Nothing excuses the fucking horrible rolling pin comment. But I can see how some people think this place has abandoned the moral high ground.

DeanElderberry · Yesterday 09:51

It amazes me that the myth of 'trutrans' has resurfaced, it dwindled and vanished (about seven or eight?) years ago when the evil terfs started pointing how many of the erstwhile 'tru' s were dangerous predators. And now they're back.

@BeckyAMumsnet
Out of interest would somebody scraping MN cause the site to freeze constantly etc, like a form of DDOS attack? It's been horrendous the past couple of weeks and that would explain why.

Glad to see he has finally been banned especially since he threatened to make multiple new accounts just to harass everyone.

No, it wouldn't

Men are scared that women will laugh at them...

Every single time.

These weren't men though, by and large. They turned out to be women. There was one poor women who found the thread on which she was being slaughtered for her appearance, and had to post her wedding photos to prove she was not trans.

At least two of the supposedly 'trans' people on Blind Dates actually turned out to be women.

But you're fine with that.

I’ll give you all the gift that keeps on giving.

genitourinary syndrome of menopause. Aka. 2 seconds notice that you need to pee RIGHT NOW or you wet yourself.

It is just great.

OMG. That's me, too. I thought it was the multiple babies / poor attention to kegels.

Oh thank God. Or maybe not. Is this a thing? I’m waiting to see someone about it as it’s making life hard! I don’t know whether to be relieved I’m normal or annoyed, as generally ’normal’ means ‘go away and put up with it’.

How did he post if he was banned a few weeks ago?

I wondered the same ... change of username and the device he was posting from perhaps?

We are not saying that all transwomen are fetishists or have 'Autogynephilia', that would be wrong and a lie. But sadly many do, and by their own admission to. Maybe you should actually consider there is truth in the matter. The WiSpa male, who entered a female only space, naked with a 'half mast'? Later found to be on the sex offenders list. The male Dr who calls himself a female and took notes of the women who would not get undressed in front of him. Yes, you read correctly. At tribunal, he admitted he took names and notes and times of when women would not get undressed in the womens in front of him. His main anger was not that they left the changing room when he was in there, but that they refused to get undressed in front of him.
And these males below? And then this male caught out masturbating in a cubicle in the womens toilets and the video shows him being confronted? I could go on and on.

Has it ever occurred to you that we know what males are like, and to believe women instead of trying to shame us and silence us for telling the truth about this? We need another #MeToo instead of women calling other women 'hysterical', 'liars' and accusing us of 'cruel bullying'. It's 2026, and we STILL have fellow women doubting the experiences and testimony of their fellow sisterhood and calling us 'cruel bullies' for calling out (some) fetishes. Has it ever occurred to you to just believe us? To believe women? To give us the benefit of the doubt? Even just once?

https://x.com/KateBMwriting/status/2008096432771768355 (warning, video, you can't see anything, but the shadow makes it more than obvious what he is doing in there)

This is horrific. Unsurprising, given my own experiences, but horrific nonetheless

Yes, it's a thing.
Fortunately, there is fairly good treatment available (HRT and medication which strengthens the sphincter in the bladder).

I didnt see the thread nor post on it, but you saw it and were obviously 'fine with it' if you read all the posts in detail.

I haven't seen those at all but I'm guessing they got deleted pretty swiftly (as they should).

Did you know that certain people (males) deliberately post inflammatory threads and get "friends" to comment just to screenshot it and post elsewhere so they can say how awful and bigoted the women of MN are? It is a thing.

It does matter as to whether they have been allowed to stand or not.

It matters also because the moderation on this site is professional and they use a standard that reflects what is considered reasonable by society. They do not moderate according to one individual’s standards of what they consider hateful or not.

While you consider something to be hateful, that is your personal standard and it may or may not be considered hate by others.

If it is important for the discussion about full consent for the purposes of dating someone with the hope of forming a relationship, then it is reasonable to have that discussion. If someone has not been told that their blind date on a publicly aired TV show is not the sex they have been led to believe, that is a concern and it is a safeguarding issue.

If you are referring to sports discussions and discussions about male athletes who compete in female categories, that is not obviously not discussing ‘masculine’ female athletes, that is a legitimate discussion about male athletes with male body cues.

THIS. It won't be regulars posting, or very, very few of them.

You and I would agree on men in women's sports. Again that doesn't excuse targeting women who don't look feminine enough. There was a specific thread aimed at a (very good) club runner, who found the thread and ended up having to post further pictures to prove she was a woman.

You know the threads I'm talking about (and I know you know).

Really? Not the Christmas song about Santa and his list?

I have to confess that’s the allusion I was making, the child locked into an excited little fantasy of sugarplums to come, so to speak.

The Mikado ‘little list’ is far too highbrow for me Grin

I haven't mocked anyone, I wasn't on that thread, if it even existed, that's a direct false personal attack so I will report you for it. It is against mumsnet talk guidelines.

Beowulfa · Yesterday 10:09

When I first saw that posters on FWR were linking Mumsnet poster AidaP with a Bluesky account with the same name making gleeful threats of sexual violence, I thought isn't that a bit presumptuous- it might be an unfortunate co-incidence of online names?

Then I read the whole thread and saw that AidaP confirmed that was indeed his own Bluesky post, and that it's actually fine to publicly threaten to sexually assault women.

So a person who posted like a creepy weirdo bloke....turned out to be a creepy weirdo bloke.
