@BeckyAMumsnet @HebeMumsnet its making it impossible to read a thread.

I was finding it frustrating earlier - random scrolling ad suddenly takes up the whole screen, no way to exit and just comes back when you try to re-enter the thread - then I remembered the last time this happened, I just used the Bravo browser for a while. Found it in my apps and I'm using that while the ads are problematic.

Making the site unusable tonight!

I'm getting this too @BeckyAMumsnet @HebeMumsnet. Ad was only popping up now and then earlier today, but last hour or so it's happening every page.

me too. Single line add takes over the whole screen and I can’t scroll forwards or backwards. Only way out is to press the back button and reload the entire page!! What’s going on?

I can't see 90% of the screen, this is what I get after 10seconds of reading every thread

For the love of God. It honestly gets worse every day.
Just screen fulls of adverts. I'm also getting the white screen that you can get rid of or scroll past, and just full page adverts that take up the whole screen.
It's constant scrolling just to find an actual post!

I've also been repeatedly getting the blank screen thing - it always seems to say something about Elizabeth Arden but can't see either the ad or the thread and there's only a few lines of the thread I'm able to scroll at the bottom.

Came here to see if it was just me!

It goes away if I refresh but then I lose my place in the thread and it goes back to the top of the page.

Is this on the desktop site too? I wonder if having a mn tab open on my laptop is whats causing it to go berserk!

And today even worse particularly on THIS THREAD!! I don't want to change browsers for poxy MN (which is how I'm beginning to think of you!!) 🤬🤬🤬

I keep getting this too. A big white screen switching between "scalable" and "execution in action" . Nowhere to clock off it, just have to close the thread

Cleared everything in my phone and it's still happening 😡 😡

Having issues too, pop upd are blocked and still getting film bake pop up ads.

I'm getting a massive white page with a photo of a builder (?) in the corner, some words and nothing else to identify.
On desktop chrome.
Can't identify and can't get rid until it decides to toddle off!

It’s happening aaaaaaallll the time @BeckyAMumsnet @HebeMumsnet Half the time the ruddy ad doesn’t even load and I’ve just got a blank screen with no way of scrolling past it because it takes up literally the whole screen.

It’s been a tricky one to pin down, unfortunately, but we’ve now completely switched off the ad unit we think was causing the issue.

The same here. I can't use the site at all via Chrome. I get the massive ads and freezes etc. I can only use the site via duck duck go.

It's still happening to me.

And me. I've deleted all my cookies and browsing history and logged out of MN. Just happened again.

I was having lots of issues yesterday with the mainly white page adverts that couldn’t be closed. I took the advice posted on here and I downloaded the DuckDuckGo app. No problems now and my phone battery is no longer draining quickly and over heating. I also have not had the other issue of the thread scrolling back to the start constantly.
