Hi there @Ahsheeit. Thanks for getting in touch. We'll happily take a look at this but will need a bit more information. If possible, the quickest way for us to find an ad like that is if you could click on it and give us the url. If not, any more info would be really helpful, such as the name of the company advertising, which page of the site you were on when you saw it etc. Also, we can see a cross in the top right hand corner to close it. Can we ask if you tried clicking that and if it closed easily or not when you did so?

Hi again @Ahsheeit. Ignore the above. We've managed to track this one down. It is working as it should. It's an interscroller format type ad, so if you just keep scrolling, it should disappear. Hope that helps!

Thanks everyone for reporting this and for sending across all the info. We think we’ve identified the culprit and have flagged it with our ad partner, who are treating it as a priority. We're hoping it won’t take too long to get sorted.

It’s been a tricky one to pin down, unfortunately, but we’ve now completely switched off the ad unit we think was causing the issue.
