Do we really want a site for parents to be littered with adverts for tacky see through lingerie and sex toys? Really?

What's the problem? Parents are still allowed to buy lingerie and sex toys ..... just scroll on by if it bothers you🤷🏼‍♀️

A thinking about it...... a site aimed predominantly at women is exactly where I'd advertise if I were Ann Summers!

Oh ffs. I’m not new. I haven’t got young kids. I still don’t think these ads should be on here. The end.

So you're worried about other people's young kids seeing women in underwear on their parents phones? Why though, I don't understand why it bothers you. AS is a lingerie site. Lingerie is often a bit see through, unless you want women to all wear big sensible knickers from M&S?

Hello @RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie Mumsnet is a place for parents, but it’s also a platform for adults with a range of interests. We understand that not every ad will appeal to everyone, of course.

If you'd prefer not to see ads at all, we've reduced the price of Premium to £2.99 per month.

Premium | Mumsnet

Mumsnet makes parents' lives easier by pooling knowledge, advice and support on everything from conception to childbirth, from babies to teenagers.

Lol @ 'the end' 🤣🤣

So you don't even have young kids?

In that case don't worry about those who do.

I'm sure they're perfectly capable of either keeping their screens away from their DC, or simply explaining that some nightwear is see-through 🤷‍♂️

Adverts are usually based on your algorithms of what else you have been looking at online.
I personally haven't seen any Ann Summers adverts.

They most definitely are not in my case. I don't look at anything remotely like that.
