Request for a board for those gaining a First class degree

Following on from the high earner's board request...

I’d like to propose a new message board dedicated to those of us who have achieved the elusive first-class degree. We need a place to gather and share our tales of academic glory and partake in intelligent conversation without having to wade through threads created by the undereducated.

@Laszlomydarling I agree. We definitely need a dedicated board for the owners (servants), of extremely beautiful/most beautiful cats.

Can you imagine? All those pictures of everyone's beautiful cats! We need this!!

We could just purrge any ugly cats from 'the litter tray' by reporting the post. I'm sure MN could set up a new reason for reporting...

I'd like a board for people who turned down an offer from Oxbridge to go to a RG, please. (And then got a first, obvs.) I'm also quite good at plumbing but can't draw at all. So if that could all be factored in too, that would be great, thanks!

Hmmm … I’m honestly not sure that goes far enough.

I think there needs to be a sorting process at the beginning of a thread with the possible views on the op. Posters join the thread of answers they agree with. Only then will some pp cope with the discussion element of an … er … discussion forum, and the sniping and insults cease and I’ll never have to hear the phrase “ you do you” uttered as a put down of last resort ever again.
