There seems to be a fault with me receiving e-mails from MNHQ - please advise

I have logged in and just checked under "My Mumsnet" and my "Registration Details". There is a red note saying something along the lines of: that the e-mail address doesn't work and the last e-mail sent to me by MNHQ didn't work. (phrased much more professionally than that though)

I have checked the e-mail address which is fine. I haven't been getting the Round Up for several weeks. This is the only e-mail address I have used and never had problems at all, for example on the rare occasions I have reported posts or used CAT etc.

Please advise.

I haven't received the round up for a while either, but don't have that red message - do I need to do anything?

i haven't had the roundup etc for months, I know there were problems with yahoo e-mail so I've changed my e-mail to another one but still no roundups - what should I do?

I don't have that red message, but I have not received the roundup either for a few weeks.

Do I need to email too, or am I not needed?

hippipotami, you are always needed . I can't see why you're not getting it - have you checked your Spam? Some email providers just dump it before it even gets to you - we did have that problem with Hotmail (although that shouldn't affect you).

onepieceoflollipop, Sobernow, ProfYaffle, if you could email me I can confirm your email on the system.

lillypie - you're fixed.

Oggsfrog - your email is fine, it may be that you have a similar issue to hippi. I will chase this up with senior tech as well.
