Why? and why do people think this is acceptable?

thank you ladies, internet shopping and yapping are my top subjects - all questions gratefully received although dh has now removed me from credit cards [humph][git]

bed rest has only ever managed to be feet up on couch rest and hopefully will be lessened slightly after scan on wed - thank you for kind thoughts though

Platino · 10/03/2008 10:48

May be a topic title should be started for all newbies to sign in? would that help? Then hopefully everyone will get a response? I am pretty new but just happy to search for help/advice on parenting and give my advice when can, not too worried about being noticed...........oh and laughing at the madness thats goes on here ha

conniedescending · 10/03/2008 10:55

I never went anywhere lol! Have been reading and occasionally posting.

I think by hostile I mean by taking the piss out of people who have unbeknownst to them happened to post about a vipers nest issue, a comment somewhere about why on earth you should support new posters, just the general vibe you get about innocent new posters and the whole ignorance about a particular thing is not an excuse etc, some hideously hostile behaviour when all the sale board drama kicked off......you just don't seem to get that on other sites.

Twinkie1 · 10/03/2008 11:19

I've been here for years and poeple are hostile to me too - don't think they only do it to new posters - I try and be as hostile to newbies as I do oldies! No discrimination from Twinkie!
