are you adding paypal as a method of payment for the cat registration please , i want to sign up for it and dont have a card

You can pay with any debit card you want hardnock, you just have to be logged in as yourself. So if you want to use your DH's then go ahead.

fimbo's right, it's the logging in that's the problem. you could get your pal's card number and do it yourself, presumably they'd trust you not to abuse it in future.

thats been tried, thanks for the idea, ive just had an email saying that i can send some postal orders, so i will be able to sign up to use cat so seems problem solvedthanks all good luck with your card magnolia.

Mehgalegs, I have conatced bank, and used worldpay without a problem today. Its not just me though. Other people have also had their card decline for no reason so don't see how its a problem with worldpay or bank?

People have been paying a fiver for CAT for years, why is it suddenly a big deal?

Unless the system can't cope with a sudden new surge of CATs?

How do you people cope without so much as a cheque book? Do you go to the hassle of sending postal orders each and every time you need to send payment for something??

Christ, it's not rocket science is it, sending a fiver! Unless there's a genuine tech issue obviously (which only affects one person on this thread as far as I can see...)

so it does work if someone else does it for you as long as they are logged in as you.
