Trying to read direct messages

trying to read direct messages but the page will not scroll down to allow me to read the messages on the page?

Hi there @ivykaty44 . We are aware there's been a problem with this recently. There's more about it on this thread https://www.mumsnet.com/talk/site_stuff/4847578-problem-accessing-dms. A fix was released about a week ago, which seems to have solved it for most people but it does seem some are still having the same issue. We're looking into it now. In the meantime, could you try clearing your cookies and ensuring you aren't using an incognito browser? Those things seem to have helped quite a few people get it sorted.
