Mine literally covered my whole screen until i scrolled and then the whole screen except for about two lines of the thread. (See screengrabs)

As if all the 'promoted by mumsnet' ads masquerading as threads isn't bad enough now we get this shit. It's making the site unusable. I swear I'm just going to fuck off to reddit and not come back.

I agree, I have mostly fucked off to Reddit.
Came back this evening and I'm getting the bloody advert across 1/3 of the screen (on this thread as well!) so it's completely unusable.

Me too! I came here to say the same thing!. ITV x, mercedes covering the whole page. There is no reason for these ads to cover the WHOLE PAGE.

It's also strange as that the only thread so far they don't cover the whole page is on this thread?

Why is there an ad for Sysdig which is in dollars too?? That is not relevant to the UK at all.

I've been getting the Mercedes ad dropping down and covering the top third of the page. It isn't even a pretty ad, just an almost blank white space. I have to go back a page and then back into what I was reading. Been happening for a few days. Very annoying.

Still happening here. Once again the lack of response from MNHQ is disappointing. For 2 days the site has been like this and all you've suggested is clearing out chace and cookies which obviously doesn't work as proven by the fact the issue seems almost worse after doing so.

You don't need us to send you urls etc surley you can see the problem at your end just like we can see it on ours.

Someone at your end must know what they have done to the code to have all these ads suddenly appear, even ad blocker is doing naff all as the box is still there just minus the ad. At this stage it's safe to say the whole site is becoming completely unusable.

Same - it was toast socks yesterday, but it's changed to Mercedes today.

Mercedes ad banners and mercedes fake thread posts.

I'm a bit jealous of the Romanian swirl bowl ad tbh. At least it adds variety.
