iOS 15.5 with safari on iPhone for me.

Just happened twice, the advert in the screen shot was there both times, if that’s any help.

Still happening to me also and I have noticed that versions of that advert mentioned by @Chemenger appear every time, so may be linked to that.

Could the “Cellular Goods” advert perhaps just be removed? The file it’s asking us to download is apparently some kind of hijacker so we really don’t want to click on it by accident!

Yep just happened to me three times in quick succession with the same ad on screen

This is ridiculous, I’ve had seven pop ups in the space of about 15 minutes. Surely the ad should be taken off until there’s a fix for it?

I've been having exactly the same issue on Chrome.I thought the dodgy ad could have been removed by now? Yes I've cleared my cache. No it hasn't fixed the issue.

It's a bit different on Safari - I just have certain pages that won't load, presumably the ones with this hijacker ad on it.

I miss the old analogue days, when stuff worked.

This is embarrassing Mumsnet…it’s worse than ever today and I can barely read a thread before the pop-up appears again. I’ve had seven pop-ups in 10 minutes
