We don't delberately ignore questions - I dont know what happened to that thread (probably wasn't around that day) but will look into it.

I think the point about access is a good one - that must be sodding tedious in the extreme, Wannabe.

Those of you saying "I'll post however many symbols I want in thread titles" - even having read that it makes it nigh on impossible for another MNer's screenreader to read - why?

How about it we tried substitutions - such as starting the teashop threads with "THE TEASHOP!" every time or something. And if you need to highlight a thread because you think it's important, write it in capitals?

I couldn't give a toss if people think it's chavvy, naff or untidy but I think the screen reader issue is much more important. Apologies WannaBe, it never crossed my mind.
