Not seeing deletion messages

Now when a thread I'm watching goes I end up on an Oops page not found message instead of the deletion message. Is it just me?

Well, the ‘fix’ doesn’t seem to be working

Nope. Still not working.

I can confirm that whatever the 'fix' that was applied last night was, it isn't working. Still getting the "Oops" page instead of the deletion message.

LOL @AlexaAmbidextra - it certainly is coming across as a situation like that.

Thanks again - we're still working on this and will get an update for you asap.

After yesterday's firm promise of 'a fix today' - we'll eat all the humble pie and suggest that we're going to try to put a fix in place today.

(And hopefully I won't be posting here tomorrow to apologise again - we really are trying to get the fix in place, so thanks for continuing to bear with us).

All/any deletion messages should now be visible - but please let us know if there are any further problems.

If you are looking at the same page in the same browser you might need to clear cache.

Do you get "oops" if you look at the same link in a different browser?

Not working on iPhone app - there's at least one that's disappeared with no message.

I use ghostery quite a bit (with the added security advantages) but you can also use the iphone versions of Firefox or Chrome.

I'm not a fan of the app so I don't use it - not sure how that is interpreting deletion messages.

works for me on the desktop site (mac running safari) but not on the mobile app.

Threads are still disappearing without a trace.

And it happened again. I posted on a thread last night which is now nowhere to be seen.

@JaneJeffer - are you looking at the site on your mobile phone or on the desktop version?
I experienced the issue when threads were pulled/deleted and I tried to see the deletion message on the mobile phone version, but when I went on to the desktop version, I could see the deletion messages.
Very frustrating if you're interested in the outcome of a thread or want to advise someone on a thread and it goes pooof! as you're typing in...
