Red warning flashing up

Anyone else getting a red warning notice flashing up saying the site is deceptive?

Sort it out MNHQ. Between this and the fucking random voice talking to me, the site is unusable.

Bloody hell, this is ridiculous. The red screen is flashing up every few seconds on some threads. Chrome, mobile site, Samsung phone, FTR. Please sort it.

Me too. Samsung Google chrome. Just pops up no clicking. Either says Samsung or iPhone giveaway.

This started for me yesterday. Now happening every 20 seconds or so. Samsung S9, most recent OS (whichever one that is), chrome browser.

Only happens on MN, doesn't happen on other sites I've visited on my phone.

I'm on my laptop using Chrome and, so far, no flashing red!

MNHQ's updates on threads like this never seem reassuring. It always follows the same pattern

• Thank you for letting us know about the issue how can you not have known about it
• What browser / device are you using
• Our tech team are looking into it
• Then usually radio silence on the issue and what actually caused it.

Is it only happening on phones?

I have not had any more since turning back on my Ad Blocker.

Clearing my browser history, cookies, etc seems to have stopped it for now...

Opposite for me, made it much worse!

I switched on Adobe Plus as 'Reaah' suggested. Seems to have stopped the annoying crap!

I've had 30 red screens in the last 20 minutes. Plus the other 2 messages. Samsung S6 edge plus, Chrome.

I've only had it on other sites since it first popped up on here. It's like it's infected my entire browser. I've tried a virus scan but that doesn't pick it up. And it's managed to bypass both my adblocker and where I've got pop ups disabled.
Whatever it is, it started here and it's sophisticated.

Yes, I've been getting this all day. Fucking Congratulations lady, the lesser-spotted white screen of death, and the Visa prize thingy. Samsung phone on Chrome. I cleared my browser history but it made no difference. If my phone gets a virus because of MN I will not be happy!

I've been getting this too. Up till now it has only been if I stayed on the same thread for more than about 10 minutes but I literally couldn't type more than 2 words of this post without it happening - using a chrome browser on an android phone. Have switched over to using Ghostery browser and have been able to get this far typing this without it occurring. Will report back if it happens on ghostery too.

My back button seems to have stopped working too. Could be connected as it's working on other sites.

I get 403 Forbidden on the right side of the screen. No red screen as yet.
