Red warning flashing up

Anyone else getting a red warning notice flashing up saying the site is deceptive?

I'm giving up. The red screen is making MN completely unusable at the moment. Its coming up constantly

This is also driving me somewhat insane.

Android, Chrome. (Moto G6 plus).

Mumsnet seems to struggle a lot with bugs, downtimes and ad problems. Feels like it's all running on fairly old systems, maybe designed for fewer users and now fairly heavily patched. It feels like it might be in need of a pretty hefty rewrite. But obviously I've not looked at the back end, so I might be wrong.

Uff! Was diverted to red screen of phishing whilst writing this post...

This is the only site I have ever tolerated using when getting security warnings/ phishing attacks etc and I have had so many over the past month.

Not only unacceptable but also, why the radio silence from MNHQ. What is going on with this site?

No disingenuous "oh, we haven't noticed give us some info" posts. Actual, "these are the reasons we're struggling at the moment " explanations please.

Thanks so much for letting us know - we think this may be a glitch with certain ads rather than anything more serious but we are looking into this now.

We're really sorry this is making using the site difficult and we'll work hard to get things back to normal service as fast as we can.

@MNHQ can you also get rid of the phishing scam adverts please? I did start a thread about it but was ignored...

I'm seriously concerned that MN might be giving my phone viruses.

My phone is off with MN minimised and it is still shouting congratulations at me.

I haven’t had it yet. I’m using safari and iPhone. Maybe it’s waiting to pounce.

I'm getting the same adverts from dodgy sites, 'competitions' etc as @newroundhere - I understand that MN is probably just booked into a generic Google advertising tool, but to be honest seeing this kind of thing is really really putting me off using the site. Being pestered by Boden is one thing, but dodgy 'competitions' from guys wanting to hack my accounts?

I'm not a great techy wizard who knows all there is to know about fixing computer issues but please for the love of all that is good tell me you don't literally mean your tech team have known about this issue for 7 + hours and they are still at the looking into it stage!

I have it on chrome but not in adblock browser thankfully.

Me too. Samsung 10 with Samsung native browser. And the warning is correct as this pop up appears constantly on threads

It's happening on my phone too every few minutes whenever I go on Mumsnet very irritating!
