Oh noes, me too now. LG phone. Chrome. Mobile site. Both Red Page of Doom and the congratulations voice. Dear me!

Bufferingkisses · 27/05/2019 19:13

Site now becoming almost unusable as it's popping up every new page and also randomly whilst just scrolling a loaded page.

SillyBub · 27/05/2019 19:17

Hello @MNHQ are you going to respond to this? I'm yet another affected, using an Android Google Pixel 3 and accessing Mumsnet via the Chrome browser. Pretty much every other thread I try to open gives me the red screen that's been screenshot so many times above.

Noonemournsthewicked · 27/05/2019 19:17

This started on the guardian for me and now mumsnet. Very annoying.

Whatdoyouknowwhenyouknownowt · 27/05/2019 19:17

Just popped up again.

SillyBub · 27/05/2019 19:18

and twice more in the minute since I posted above

emwithme · 27/05/2019 19:19

Same here, chrome on a Samsung a5

thatwouldbeanecumenicalmatter · 27/05/2019 19:21

Ffs, WHY does this sort of crap keep happening on MN? It doesn't happen with any other site I use. It's really poor.

MN has more than it's fair share of attacks from people who don't like women talking to each other. Sadly, I'm not even joking.

Pigletthedog · 27/05/2019 19:23

Yep, happened to me too and I only access mn on the app.

For iPhone users, go to settings, turn airplane mode on so your phone is protected as it will be offline, then in settings again go into safari and select 'clear history and website data'. That should stop the pop up

newroundhere · 27/05/2019 19:26

@MNHQ these adds are definitely dodgy and not approved by the brands they are using....

HelloDoris · 27/05/2019 19:31

Started on here, now every webpage I use seems to be affected. 😑

LipstickHandbagCoffee · 27/05/2019 19:37

No warning and no issues
Safari browser on iPhone

DoNotDisturbPlease · 27/05/2019 19:38

MNHQ this has been going on for weeks/months now. It's not new and it's been reported a few times,i had a thread going myself in AIBU (i didn't even know site stuff section existed) its worrying, the site is unstable and potentially dangerous in terms of hacking. Please get some decent tech people on the case!

GwenCooper81 · 27/05/2019 19:39

It's driving me mad. Chrome on a Huawei :(

bumble270 · 27/05/2019 19:40

Strangely I got this on the browser on my iphone for a completely different site ten minutes ago, so I don't think it's only Mumsnet issue

Never had it on the app

NaughtToThreeSadOnions · 27/05/2019 19:41

Samsung and internet browser

TastingTheRainbow · 27/05/2019 19:42

I’m getting it as well. iPhone on safari browser.

This has been reported all day, care to do anything about it @MNHQ ?

Why is it only mumsnet who seem to have CONSTANT problems with ads, scams, hacks etc. surely it’s not beyond your financial capabilities to invest in your website and keep your users data safe?

ReganSomerset · 27/05/2019 19:46

Me too. Sony.
