I keep getting redirected to a spam ‘FB gifts’ thing?

Morning.

As of about 10 minutes ago, every couple of clicks I keep getting redirected to some spammy ‘Congratulations you’ve won!’ page on Facebook? I’m just clicking on the usual MN navigation buttons, nothing weird. My device doesn’t have any viruses.

I’ve attached screenshots of the of the pages I keep redirecting to. It started on a multiples thread (also pictured).

Me too and I got it while checking out a newspaper site that shall not be named for fear of being ostracised by Mumsnetters. 😁

Hmmm 🤔 First tree was a message from Mumsnet saying ‘HELP ME’, which they SAY was a meme gone wrong, then this and now they’re not answering. OMG! 😱

To me too. It’d be nice to have some feedback from MNHQ. Even if just to say that they were aware of the problem and were looking into it.

It first happened to me on another small site a couple of days ago, so does sound like its a big browser problem. Out of interest is everyone using Safari?
