Unable to log in on Chrome

I’m trying to log in on Chrome on my laptop running Windows 10. I get past the “Enter your email address” page fine, but when I get to the password page and click on “Sign in”, nothing happens - no “incorrect password”, nothing. I’ve switched off the ad blocker for this page and that’s made no difference. Any ideas? (I’ve requested and renewed my password, just to make sure that that wasn’t the issue, but I still can’t log in!)

I can get in but getting site unresponsive a lot about every 5 minutes, on Windows 10.

I have the same problem - can't log into Chrome on either my desktop (Windows 10) or my Samsung S8. I am logged in via Edge right now. I am sure there are lots of people in this situation that haven't reported because they can't log in.... Please sort!

Same here. Just sent HQ an email then saw this thread. Glad I'm not alone.
Edge / ipad / app all fine but not chrome on both laptop and phone.

HQ - I know you are all data-breech occupied, but this is really annoying too! Please can you look at this?

Same for me. Logged in on app fine with new password but can't login using chrome. Just hanging. Very frustrating!

We have a favour to ask - if anyone is able to help, please do! The more users able to do this, the better.

We need people to open the javascript console (View->Developer->Javascript console), try to login and send us a screenshot immediately when it fails (before moving off to a different page).

We need to see any and all errors in the javascript console and this is the way that we can do it.

Here's a step by step guide, which should help:

1. Go to the login page.

1. On Mac, go to the View menu at the top of the script, then Developer, then Javascript Console.

On PC, click the three dots or bars on the top right of Chrome, Go to More tools, then Developer Tools. Once the tools are showing, ensure you click the Console tab.

1. Try to login

1. Send us a screenshot and try to get it to show all the messages in the console section.

Still can't log in on IE.

I can't try it on chrome because I'm at work and we're not allowed to download chrome.

I'm in on firefox-was beginning to think I had been banned!!

Still not working.

I had this problem this morning on both Firefox and IE on Windows 7.

Whatever it was, it's fixed for me now!

Fixed for me on Macbook using Chrome.
