I am boycotting threads about the plight of the McCann family - anyone else?

I have the utmost sympathy for the Mccann family, and hope for a happy ending to thier trouble. Meanwhile I am not happy about many aspects of teh many threads, and hearby resolve to completely boycott them. By not clicking, not reading, nor responding (however horrible the views), and thus not adding to the circular and predicatable route they take, no matter what quality of ontervention is made.

Clasp your right hand over your left Nork and repeat the boycott pledge after me!

ScaryHairy · 21/05/2007 19:48

I'm in if it ends the madness...

nickytwotimes · 21/05/2007 19:50

the madness is continuing despite the best efforts of those gathered here. there are still people around who think they can solve things the police can't

me too, but don't think it breaks the boycott.

Kathyis6incheshigh · 21/05/2007 20:09

It might not end the madness but it'll help the rest of us not to get so stressed about it.
It's like with controlled crying - it's less agonising than listening outside the door thinking 'shall I go in now or not?' because you just know you won't go in for 5 minutes exactly.

Thank you for starting this thread Blu - you're saving a lot of wasted energy which would havebeen spent trying to decide whether it was worth trying to get thme to see sense....

GColdtimer · 21/05/2007 20:14

Look, you lot who keep breaking the boycott need to grasp your norks just that little bit harder I think.

Blu · 21/05/2007 20:42

I have to confess to looking at quite a lot of them, if only as a social observation, but found it SHOCKING, and am very happy to leave them behind. So, am in, was it left hand, or right?

zizou · 21/05/2007 21:06

A late boycott from me, although I am DESPERATE to read the one that kicked this one off....anyone enlighten me?

TheMoistWorldOfSeptimusQuench · 21/05/2007 21:10
