Difficulty in reading posts in that compulsory highlight colour

I'm a mole very shortsighted. I'm finding it very difficult to read posts now they're highlighted in that APPALLING dark green colour. There's not enough contrast to read quickly and comfortably.

I'm not visually impaired, but I'm having difficulties. Can't imagine how awful it would be for those with visual impairment.

The improvements are crap.

It is very, very hard to read & it would be lovely if your own posts & the OP's posts came in different colours.

Hi both - Tech are working on this as we speak. Please do keep an eye on this thread for updates and info.

Why did you do this in the first place? Techs rarely offer improvements to end users IME.

I hate the lime green - it hurts my eyes. Can I have the colours I selected back please? Also I'm very confused because my posts used to be dark green and the OPs posts used to be purple and now they're reversed.

Why fix something that ain't broke? I liked my choice of colours - not this horrible horrible green. Let's hope it changes soon.

I've switched computers and it the green looks a lot better now - has it been changed?

PLEASE can I have my old colours back, MNHQ? The new OP colour is actually quite uncomfortable. I suffer from migraines and I don't know if it's a coincidence, but just looking at the OP's highlighted posts is making my head throb .

Weird, the green is fine on my laptop but hurts my eyes on my desktop.

Posters will generally have it set the way they want or need it to be, we don't need some random to decide this stuff for us
