I've just Googled it - apparently it's tablets made out of fruit and vegetables, (Wouldn't it be better to just eat fruit and vegetables like people have been doing for millennia?) and Quackwatch say it's "a colossal waste of money".

The guy explained it to me as being the vitamins from fruit and veg but condensed down into a soluble tablet form. So, er, vitamin tablets then. In a nasty powder-based drink. Yum.
